Came in here the other day, saw nothing but actual disappointment. I feel like every coldstone location in Maryland has to be terrible. I went to the Ellicott Location a couple weeks ago and it was NOT good. It seems that this location is not any better. I went with my daughter and son because we were in the area. The workers clearly do not want to be there, management clearly not there. No help whatsoever with the line. Coldstone is terrible.

I swear this had to be the worst experience I’ve ever received at this location. My day was extraordinary until I walked into this ice cream place. I wasn’t in there a 10 seconds before the young lady said, “Do you know what you want? Do NOT go to this location! I purchased an ice cream bowl and received a bowl full of hair and now I can’t stop gagging. If I become sick I’ll know why. Requiring hair nets/bonnets while serving food will usually prevent these grotesque occurrences.
