“This small shop is run by one person who hand makes everything fresh, to order; so don't plan to come in during a busy lunch hour and get in/out in less than 15-20m (besides, it is worth the wait). The selection of hot sandwiches and wraps is really nice and they do allow substitutions. I like that there is also a good selection of unique Asian snacks/drinks/sweets alongside the typical options. There is some seating inside as well. Cards are accepted. Pictured is the Mexican wrap + cucumbers (sub provolone/guacamole for pepper jack/avocado); certainly hit the spot on a warm day.“

“Today, I was impressed with the young lady working in the subway. It was really busy and she was the only one working and I had to wait a long time for my food to get ready but she managed everything impressively. She was really nice and managed everything perfectly.“

“Got lunch here so I could sample their toasted sandwiches. Glad I did. This is a fast food restaurant so we are not talking about Michelin stars. But that aside it was very good. I got the roast beef and cheddar and I will come back and try the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. My order was taken quickly and was prepared soon after that. They had booths, counter seating and round tables. It was clean and quiet and pleasant to dine in. The price was appropriate for a fast food sandwich.“

“An amazing experience every time no matter who is present in the store. :) I am always greeted, the portion sizes are a great value and every time I see any employee, they are always smiling and it truly seems like they enjoy their jobs—which can be rare to find now-a-days in customer service. “This subway is nice and fairly clean. They make decent sandwiches but the way they make it is dependent on the staff. I go there frequently and there is different staff every time. Some are new while some have experience. One thing I don't like about them is that they can be sometimes really ignorant to instructions for sandwich but that depends on person making sandwich. overall, it is decent but sandwiches could be made better.“

“We have been visiting this Subway for at least once or twice a month over the past several years. It is a typical Subway restaurant. That is, primarily carry-out but with three or four tables if you want to eat there. The coupons of late (in 2020) have been great; examples are $5.99 for almost all foot-long sub and $12.99 for two foot-long subs. Desserts are limited to cookies but we rarely indulge.“

“Traveling home from vacation and came across the cleanest, most organized Subway in Woodstock Md. Staff friendly, they close glass covers over food to protect and have the chips neatly arranged and easy to see. Kudos to them!! It would be the ONLY Subway I’d go to if I lived in the area.

“It’s my first time back at Jimmy John’s in a while. Things have changed but things also brought back memories. The whole store smelled of freshly baked bread. I walked into multiple hellos welcome in. Cashier was extremely friendly and definitely helped me choose what I wanted to eat. Manager was very helpful in explaining the different catering options for a get together I have coming up. The food was very delicious and the bread was very soft. Definitely took me back to why I started eating at Jimmy John’s. And the cherry on top was hearing free smells by the cashiers as the bread came out. I can never get enough of the free smells. I will definitely be back. Ellicott City location is one the best I’ve been too. The young lady on register definitely knows how to talk to customers and make them feel appreciated and happy to come back. Saying hello welcome and have a great day goes a long way. And she was very patient while I took my time deciding what I wanted. And the manager is definitely where she should be in charge because she explained everything clearly and nicely. Will definitely be telling people that Jimmy John’s is definitely better and the place to eat.“

“Best service I recommend you all. Breads are soft and fresh and went there yesterday at around 9. Both male and female servers were nice to me. There was this one lady who was very rude to the employees there. She was making guy angry, so the guy had to ask her to leave. That was great of him. Customers like that shouldn't be allowed in the subway. Please don't support them, anyone .. I highly recommend that place ...“
