When we came by a second time we were greeted & welcomed in by a lovely lady by the name of Christine. She’s really sweet & honestly brings so much light into the atmosphere. What stood out to me was not only her warm embrace, but her service like spirit. She brought our bowls directly to us while we were seated. I also noticed her bring another customers smoothie directly to him right outside of the establishment! Very humble spirit. I appreciated her so much!“

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and a welcoming attitude. They were super helpful, answering all my questions about the different smoothies and making great recommendations based on what I was looking for.
I ended up going with the Island Impact smoothie, and it was blended to absolute perfection—fresh, flavorful, and refreshing. What made the experience even better was how fast and efficiently everything was handled. Even though there were a few customers ahead of me, my order was ready in no time.

“Stopped in for a quick and lite lunch around 1 p.m. and had next to no wait. I ordered the Fig & Prosciutto toast as well as the Tropi-Kale smoothie. The smoothie was excellent, and the large size is a great value over the medium - $9.99 for a smoothie, but that is in line with Tropical Smoothie and other places that offer similar products. The toast was fairly disappointing though, for $9.49 the piece of toast was much smaller than anticipated. I believe it was sourdough but the size of the toast was maybe 1/3 smaller than anticipated and for the price I would have opted for another menu item. As far as taste goes, the prosciutto was decent but the fig jam was disappointing. I will be back for the smoothie but I will avoid toast items in the future.“

“Robeks is easily the best smoothie shop in this area and there are a lot of smoothie shops in this area! I have enjoyed every Robeks smoothie I have ever had. The carefully created smoothies on their menu are delicious and are completely customizable if you want to omit, change, or add an ingredient. That is great for people on various restrictive diets. I also love the Build Your Own option! When I am not in the mood for one of the smoothies on the menu because I am not in the mood for sherbet, yogurt, or protein powder, I use the BYO to order smoothies with tons of fruit and a little juice. Sometimes, I even order a second very fruity BYO, so I can put one in my freezer and eat it like Italian ice the next day. Try it, you'll love it!“

This quaint, lowkey spot, tucked in the corner of Georgia Avenue and easy to walk by, is a MUST visit. The hospitality is unlike most cafes. They're attentive, kind, and make you feel secure in a home away from home feel. The Ethiopian coffee is some of the richest and boldest in the city, and if you want a huge wake up, get the ginger coffee. The fresh juice is refreshing and revitalizing, and always hits the spot. The pastries and sandwiches are solid as well, but by far if you're going to visit, get the Ful or Ful special, its a beautiful, rich spread that is my personal go to. The food and food presentation was exceptional; THE MATCHA BOWL WITH PEANUT DRIZZLE IS FIRE!!!
