“Dunkin' has a convenient small shop at the corner of Monument and Washington Streets, located just where I needed an afternoon treat after a long meeting. Service was prompt and friendly. I got two everything bagels for breakfast and a purple glazed donuts and large iced coffee for the ride home.“

“Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.“

“Went into Dunkin donuts to order the $6.00 meal without egg,added bacon on croissant. Hash browns were Frozen. Went back inside the establishment only to be greeted with a smirk on the staff's face. Ask the manager to touch the hash. Browns, which were very very cold manager, would not touch the hash. Browns did not try to give me any. Accommodations gave me a new order of hash Browns and sent me on my way. I have to pray because the treatment of some of these stores. There doesn't seem to be appreciation for the $ that we work so hard for,what happened to customer service. I shouldn't have to keep calling a 1 800 number to get a small discount for the treatment I wouldn't want to display to others. Who wants cold food? Ill stick to hot coffee from now on.🫡“

“I’m really impressed with the speed this Dunkin’ operates! I can place my cold brew order and by the time I walk in it’s ready, LOVE IT.

As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!

Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

“The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me. So please do something about getting The Lobby up and running other than that I Love this Dunkin My Iced Coffee is always A Perfect 10/10 every single time. “There was a long line at 650 am. It moved at a good place. The order taker was polite. I ordered 2 meal deals. The croissant sandwich was toasted and hearty with a fried egg, cheese and several strips of bacon. The meal comes with 6 hash brown rounds but I received more. You have a choice of hot or iced I chose iced with cream and sugar. You can also get a flavor not sure what they have because I take mine with no flavor. Overall a nice visit and a great value!“

“Let me start off saying I absolutely loved that this location in is my neighborhood!! I’ve been here many times, usually early in the am before work. My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve seen donuts made as spiders, ninja turtles, rainbows etc… step it up a little…. But besides that, I love it“

“I visited this Dunkin this morning with my daughter, who is nearing the end of the school year. How amazed we were to see a donut flavored coffee!! With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area. Well done! AND the coffee, promptly prepared and awaiting our approach. Turns out it was delicious!“
