Ummmmm let me tell you. The flavor, the taste, the portion, the look, the price, the temperature, the bread. Omg, omg, omg overall love it!. Amazing ? ? ? ❤️. I only give reviews how I see it. “This was our first visit, and boy, are we glad we decided to stop here. We were promptly seated and immediately greeted by our server, Keeley (sp?). She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and even offered some suggestions. Keeley was ver friendly and outgoing. Loved having her as our server! Keeley recommended the hush puppies; they were great!Hubby and I both ordered 2 snow crab clusters, which came with corn and potatoes. We loved that we could choose our sauces (or no sauce) and our spiciness level. Our food arrived at our tabke in a timely manner and was hot. We opened up those steamer bags, and the tantalizing aroma was a delight. The crab legs, corn, and potatoes were cooked perfectly! Yummmmmm! What an enjoyable dinner. We will definitely be back!“

“I decided to come to hotpot with my girlfriend to celebrate Valentine's Day. They are super busy at night, so I waited for almost an hour to get seated. Totally worth waiting an hour. Everything comes out quickly and fresh. Servers are working hard, walking around to refill water and soup without me asking. My girlfriend and I had a great night.“

“This was my second Hot Pot Hero location I visited, the other was in Gaithersburg MD. The other one seemed to have more options to add to the all you can eat menu, and the other one the service was a bit more attentive when placing an order for refills, but this was still a stellar experience and I would do it once a week if I lived in the area.“
“This was our first time at Ethel's. It's quite small, so the noise level is a bit high. But, that didn't matter. The service was excellent and the food was exceptional. Pricing is about what you might expect, not cheap but not over the top. I would definitely recommend Ethel's. And, we'll certainly be going back again.“

“This place is awesome (only downside is that it's on the spendy side). The interior is modern hot pot fare with booth seating, sauce bar, and burners built into the tables. They also have robots that bring out some of the speciality items. Service is quick and efficient without being too pushy and all the food was fresh and came out at the right temperature. I loved the food variety and it made for a fun double date night. Will be back to try more.“
“Absolutely, it's the best food to snag when you are in the food court of the mall. The bourbon chicken is so good! Little crisp on the outside, probably from the grill; and extra sauce is always the go-to move. It came with fried rice, but make sure to get the extra sauce for the rice. It needs it. The sauce is sweet and runny enough to pour directly and mix on the fried rice! We make time to stop here whenever we are on the way home. Love this place! Jake n kev“
“The food is delicious and always taste fresh. The only complaint I have is the fried shrimp are fried very well , but too salty. I thought it may have added to much the first time but I have gotten it two other times and they were salty. Going to give them a call hopefully the will fix the problem or am I the only one that thinks it's too salty? Otherwise the food is delicious ?“
