“I just went in to get my daughter's boyfriend and ice cream cake since he was unsuccessful in finding one in the grocery store. It was clean with a good selection of cakes. I really don't remember seeing any donuts. I also had to call someone to assist me, which is ridiculous since I was basically their only customer.
I don't like ice cream cake so I can't comment on the taste.“

But the Baskin-Robbins ice cream here is exceptionally good, possibly due to the fact that they don't keep the freezer too cold, often a problem in ice cream shops which make the ice creams very hard. And the flavors seem more intense here“

“Been coming here for many years now and am very impressed. I typically order via app and choose walk-in pick up. I live 5 minutes away and can place my order before leaving and it's nearly always just a quick in and out when I go to pick it up. Less than 10% of the time I will have to wait and even rarer something will be missing from the order, but they do so well with getting me in and out that it's a small matter.“

“the drive through working window on wednesday made sure everyone started their day off great! He was so wonderful and friendly and really had great vibes! I also ordered two boxes of munchkins and had requested no powdered and was very happy that there was not a single powdered donut in the 100 munchkins, so I really appreciated that. “For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

“The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good“

“This might once have been a regular Dunkin, with seating and all the other things you expect at a Dunkin restaurant, but it's now little more than a pickup spot for orders submitted online in advance. You can walk in and place a order, but all you'll find is a checkout counter with no display case, 4 electronic ordering kiosks on the wall and three small tables and six chairs by the window that are better suited for sitting while waiting for your order than for eating in. There is also a drive-up window. The workers will assist the occasional walk-in customer who can't figure out the ordering kiosks, but they are mainly there to put orders together. If you're looking for a Dunkin where you can sit and enjoy a meal, select a different one.“
