“The Food I ordered matched my order and tasted as expected. Good job on that, now this.
The paper that wraps your food fuses to the food. Picking plastic lined paper out of the food your chewing takes away from that classic Taco Bell flavor. A great way to compromise and bring down any food experience. When I brought it up to an Employee they said "that just happens, nothing we can do about it" So I Guess the only thing that can be done is avoiding them altogether.“

“June 29, 2024 First time visit on Alfred Street, Biddeford Maine 04005. A woman came in and asked the cashier if able to speak to management, the cashier went to the manager standing in the front of the retrieving the sandwiches she called his name, He said " What" in a anger way, the cashier stated a customer wish to him, I am busy not now, as he stood there waiting on sandwich to be made. just standing, not doing anything. The lady left, and the customer waiting for the meals all shaking their heads, as I also. The rudeness, especially to the cashier who spoked kind to him. I received my Whooper, cold bread, and meat, abd returned it. Saw there was another management ( Assistant), asked her if I could speak to her about what I saw, was refused stating the same as the Manager, I have to do the orders first, for me to wait till she has finished the orders. I stated that I just wanted say how rude the Manager was to a woman, she stated "Well" I quess I have to listen to you now. So told her what we saw, and she stated "you done now"? I said I quess I am, I have it recorded. She said good, and turned back to make orders. It's our last visit there, and feel so bad for the workers who have to work for both the Manager and Assistant, if they treat the customers in this manner, can only imagine what the workers have to endure. Terrible Store. Will be posting the videos.“

“McDonald’s in Biddeford, thank you for being awesome, amazing, and accommodating!!! I finally have a day off all of my jobs… decide to take the Bru-Beast out for a drive thru breakfast. I asked to purchase 2 Sausage Pattie’s that weren’t hot to feed to him…. Pay for my food, get to the window and the team was there with open arms waiting to pass me a PLATTER of room temperature cooked patties. His eyes got wide, his mouth opened into a huge smile, and he drooled all over me. The whole platter gone before we hit the traffic lights. Thank you guys for making my biggest baby so happy!!! Nobody has the chicken nuggets like you! We love your staff. Just good people!!“

“I love their sub rolls. They're not chewy. They're soft and I'm able to bite into them without worrying about my dentures being pulled out. I've tried a few of their sandwiches and haven't been disappointed yet. One of my favorites is the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. The New York Steamer is really good as well.“

“I placed a order on line with flatbread in both sandwiches, one comes heated and the other not. I did the express pickup, read the receipt and asked for some help. My intention was for both to be heated. The staff was very professional and quick to assist. The store was busy and no customer missed a beat in service. Thank you Caitlyn and staff, great job and exciting experience.“

“Love going here atmosphere has good vibes everyone's nice and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I did go the other day paid almost 55$ for a pizza and tip and two steak and cheese sandwich pizza things and my two stark and cheese was Burt so couldn't eat it as well I had rach sauce on my sandwich he got what I was asking or confused if only wanted one pizza sandwich and two garlic sauce not two steak and cheese and one ranch sauce not ranch on my sandwich though I don't enjoy it cooked like that sorry so this time I was very disappointed ☹️ sorry to have to say gracias though love to ya all.

Kid-friendliness: Not really m, obviously it's fine to have them go. I don't think there's seating.“
