“?The owner is such a sweetie!. He takes pride in his restaurant, food and clients! My husband and I were visiting from Canada and craved to try our first Philly steak and cheese, we followed our noses to this amazing restaurant! The owner greeted us with a smile, we felt so welcome by him. He let us try some grilled chicken he had for free, was it ever amazing (I’ll order this my next trip down ? ?)We ended up ordering his Special Philly Steak & Cheese, he grilled us up the tastiest lunch we’ve ever had. Loaded with AAAA quality beef and cheese / tons of bell peppers and onions. ???The price was perfect too, we were full and happy afterwards! Really wonderful experience . ☺️I 100% recommend anyone who wants a taste of heavenly food to not give this a second thought, just go! I promise you will not be disappointed. ? I can’t wait to return and bring my friends here!

I love the open kitchen so you can watch everything being made, I love the outdoor seating, I love the clean bathrooms, I love the friendly staff, I love the free peanuts, and I love the extra fries they dump in your bag. “At first when I started to go there, did have a problem with one employee/assistant manager. Having a rough attitude and not acknowledging that I was standing waiting on an order, or trying to place an order. They just kept focusing all on the drive-thru only. Though the following day, I went spoke to the managers in the morning, the situation was handled. Since then, always gets greeted and asked if I need help. The store is clean. The food is prepared well and they always make sure to hand out the right order. Always having a friendly attitude!“

“One of our favorite places, nice laid back atmosphere with couches & bookcases, reasonably priced beers, and located at the entrance to Portland’s wonderful West End. They serve a great Beyond burger, as well as a black bean burger. They also have a number of other nice options including vegan cheese pizzas, chili, and chili cheese fries! “Funny story...my mom and dad both worked at this McDonald's location in the 80's, met and began dating. Now every time I go to this McDonalds, I think "it's thanks to this place that I exist!"

On a serious note, the drive-thru is always fast, the food is up to par, and the employees are always friendly. Of all the McDonald's locations I've visited, I've always had the more positive experiences at this one.“

“The best blizzards in southern Maine are at the Saco DQ, love that they use whole M&M’s in their blizzards instead of being all chopped up. Also they give plenty of treats in the blizzards and aren’t skimpy like other DQ’s I have been to.“
