For over 15 years, I look forward to Summer in Old Orchard to enjoy the DQ banana split. Sadly the banana split has become smallerl. But that’s okay because the ice cream and banana are good. BUT to skimp on the toppings- 2 small pieces of strawberry and not even 2 Tablespoons of chocolate!! The first time maybe a mistake- but twice!!!! I’m done.
Stopped by this DQ for a treat, and while the ice cream was absolutely delicious (as always!), the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disorganized and not very friendly, he didn’t appreciate us asking questions about the menu.
That said, the hot fudge parfait was spot on and totally hit the spot. If you’re just swinging by for the ice cream and don’t mind a wait, it’s worth it. Hopefully the service improves, because the treats definitely...read full review
