First food review I’ve ever done because of how much I liked eating here.This place is a hidden gem! We are VERY picky about hot and sour soup. Chopsticks has some the THE best we’ve had. Reasonable prices, fresh food, and friendly service. We thoroughly enjoyed dining in there. We had the General Tsos chicken, and it was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The sauce was terrific too. We will be eating here many more times.
The owner is a Vietnamese-Chinese gentleman.I used to live in Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh City, Vinh City, Ha Tinh City, and Hanoi City in the Democratic People's Republic of Vietnam.I asked him today to cook Vietnamese-Chinese dishes for me. Unfortunately, he does not have access to Vietnamese ingredients, but he said he'd cook authentic Sichuan Province dishes and authentic Vietnamese Spring Rolls for meHe's a nice man!I can't wait to eat inside his restaurant tomorrow!!

Small off the beaten trail restaurant in Bangor tucked behind St. Joe's. The atmosphere was better than the food. I liked the ceiling and wall decorations. I've had much better and spicier Pad Thai elsewhere in the area.
