“I might be too much of a traditionalist but...I had my mouth all set for red flannel hash, was really looking forward to the sweetness that only beets can provide...and unfortunately they used pickled beets :( The description said "beet slaw", so I had anticipated thinner slivers to be in the equation, - but not vinegar. We sat in the restaurant and noticed consistent brilliant staff behaviours like praising each other, enthusiastic genuine conversation with customers and a lot of care. It was clean and our breakfasts were good. When our baby was crying, they brought over a doughnut hole, a small token that made a massive difference. We were seriously impressed with this particular location.“
