“I actually really like this Subway. Could they improve? Yes, I would like more vegetables on my subs, back in the day they were loaded with lettuce, now sometimes I can barely tell if it's on there. But they always have my order ready when they say they will and they've never ever gotten it wrong. Knock on wood. The only issue I have, and it really does make me mad, is that they don't accept any coupons. So I get coupons for Subway in the mail and I try to use them at the Subway that is literally 6 minutes from my house and they won't accept them. I have to go to the 30 minutes away Subway to use those coupons. Sometimes it's worth it if I have a lot of people over, so ok they lose my business on those days. Something tells me they don't care about that, otherwise they would just accept the coupons.“
