“OMG, the very best cake donut ever! I'm a huge fan of yeast donuts. In fact one of the reasons I moved to Indianapolis was because of Long's Doughnuts. I had the Butter Crunch donut, and the texture was perfect, the sweetness was perfect, the moistness was other worldly! I'm sorry I don't live closer and in fact I'm moving out of the area. I will be forever comparing other cake donuts to this one. Fantastic!Kid-friendliness: I don't see why not. Indoctrinate them to quality at an early age I say!!Parking: Right in front, of the main road.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps that I saw.“

“Staff is wonderful and coffees are on point.But they need more support from management and/or corporate!!!They are having work done on their sidewalk this week and the lobby must be closed--they requested Online ordering be turned off temporarily but it's still active.This led to me waiting 15+ minutes in line at the drive thru, after ordering online 15 minutes prior to THAT, and at the window the order wasn't even started!I understand the need to triage, I've worked in food service for a long time, so they were doing drive thru orders mixed with on-the-go to stymie the flow. I'm not frustrated at the workers--they are amazing and working their hardest in one of the most emotionally draining industries there are.If the on the go had been turned off, I would have known what to expect. I suggested this to them, and they stated that they requested but nothing happened.Support your workers! They have to deal with sleepy and often cranky people in the morning waiting for their fix!“

“This is not one of the more modern Dunkin locations but it is clean and efficient. The restroom was spotless with a sign asking patrons to inform the manager of any issues.
