“This is by far the BEST pizza I've had in Maine. I'm from Jersey and this is the real deal. Quality ingredients, the best cannolis. It's real NY pizza. The crust is perfectly thin. The cheese is not greasey. Plus, the staff really make you feel like family. I can't say enough good things. LOVE this place.“

“Provender is a cut above the rest, hands down. Everything is flawless - but you need to try the mussels, the burger and the chicken parm with a side of pasta (if you’re lucky enough to go while it’s on the menu). The torte was also wonderful for dessert.

It is clear how much the chef and all of the staff really care, down to the freshness of every single ingredient. There is no restaurant in town that even comes close.“

“Food fantastic. Seating area odd w blowere heaters n having to go outside n back into store to use restroom n pay bill. Nice servers, sunny in daytime.“

“Food is good, Father's day they had an awesome French toast that I still want to go back for. Sadly they are not really handicap accessible. There is one table for two at the left of the door that you can work with in a manual wheelchair if it is available. Other than that one table though, there is no other options that you don't get in the way or get bumped into, as the only other two top table is in the middle of the already tight isle. I sadly do not recommend this restaurant if you having any mobility issues.“

“We had a great experience at Pat’s Pizza in Ellsworth! Our waitress, Paige, was fantastic—friendly and attentive. The pizza was some of the best we’ve ever had (and we’ve traveled a lot). Perfect crust, just the right amount of sauce, and cooked perfectly. The County Fair calzone was excellent too. Cold beer, great prices—highly recommend!“
