“One of the best meals I’ve ever had. We randomly stopped in to eat on our way through Freeport and I’m so glad we did! I ordered the burrata salad with chicken and it was stunning. The heirloom tomatoes were amazing and the pesto was so good. For dessert we got the blood orange sorbet and it was absolute perfection!“

“Ordered a thin crust pizza and was surprised to find the pizza cut in squares. The manager was very nice and explained thin crust is sliced that way and offered to remake the pizza and cut it in pie slices.“

“My husband and I just had lunch at the Sam’s Italian Restaurant in Augusta, Maine. The cranberry almond chicken salad sandwich was excellent, and I had to save half of it for later because it was so huge. My husband had the chicken parmigiana sandwich and he said it was the best he ever had. Kind, friendly employees. The place was nice and clean. Glad we found this restaurant. We will definitely be back soon.“

Crust is a bit rubbery and sauce has a unique taste that almost resembles spaghetti Os sauce. 2 large pizzas (1 cheese and 1 cheese & pepperoni) for $35 is a bit overpriced. Pepperoni was used very sparingly...at least half of what you'd expect from any pizza joint“

The balance with seasoning and freshness was incredible. Staff was friendly and I definitely plan to return. I literally got sandwiches and now I’m excited for the Pizza! “OTTO offers a clean, trendy eating experience with local beers on tap. The staff during my visit was incredibly friendly and the service was quick. I decided to go with the Margherita pie - which turned out to be a great decision. The pie featured an ultra-thin base that was browned nicely by the oven. The fresh, juicy tomatoes were well distributed and did not slide when eating slices. The crisp exterior on the thin crust added a great crunch. The fresh basil ribbons and the spicy herb blend added to the cheese carried a ton of flavor. There are many other pizza options available at OTTO, including gluten-free and vegan options. I will definitely be returning so that I can work my way through the rest of the pizza menu.

“As I lifelong fan of Amato’s Italian Sandwiches. I love their food. My only minor issue is the accuracy in filling the order. The last two times I have used the Falmouth location the sandwiches have either had a peppers that I didn’t order or left off the tomatoes that I ordered. The orders were placed on the kiosk and the correct order was on the receipt. I will still keep eating their sandwiches but will continue to be annoyed at the errors.“

“Ive been a life long customer of this store. I love coming in to get a Ham Italian now and then. Lately its a 50/50 chance of getting your order made right. My parents and I all got Italian sandwiches tonight. One with no tomatoes or olives, one with no peppers, and one unmodified. The unmodified had no tomatoes, the other one had green peppers, and mine had olives. All 3 were made incorrectly. The young staff were goofing off and not paying attention, while discussing whether the mop water in the bucket was from Saturday (today's Wednesday), or from Monday.

These kids making the food just don't pay attention. Too busy looking at their phones or talking to each other to not make mistakes. I love the store but I politely suggest having a staff meeting to discuss this. Other people I know have been having the same issue.“
