We had a flatbread that was absolutely delicious and chicken, bacon ranch salad with house made ranch that was exceptional. Closer than any. “Our very first visit to Antigoni's in Scarborough was several weeks ago after leaving daily cancer treatments for my husband. We are so glad we decided to pull in to check them out! We have been regular customers since! By "regular" I mean we have literally been there daily after my husband's treatments. The kind, warm and friendly welcoming we receive every single day when we walk in is wonderful. This family owned restaurant is a gem. Vinn, Julie and Aris it's truly been a pleasure to meet you all. They have made us laugh and lifted our spirits while serving us their amazing food. Great people, great menu that would suit anyone, lots of choices and great prices! Everything we have ordered has been wonderful. Their menu has something for everyone. We have tried their pasta, pizza, appetizers, salads, sandwiches. Everything has been delicious. Oh, and their desserts..amazing. Never in my life have we tried baklava~OUT OF THIS WORLD! We Won't miss going to cancer treatments after April 17th, but will definitely miss our daily visits at Antigoni's for so many reasons. “Went for a lupper date with my husband on the referral of a friend. Had the Natalie house drink which was well balanced and bright for us gin lovers. Enjoyed thier spin on Poutine with a tater tots base. Lots of goo goodness with bacon and sausage. Sausage pizza with Vodka sauce had real Greek olives and was delicious. Will be back again!“

“Moved to Gray recently , was asking around about pizza, as I grew up in NY and we eat it 3 days a week down there . Anyway , I ordered a plain cheese pizza the first time I went, and that was so good I just did the same tonight. Very close to NY style pizza, more specifically long island pizza where I grew up.. They definitely put some good stuff in their dough as it is seriously on another level of anywhere else I been in 13 years in Maine . And it being a HOP, looking forward to getting the Gyro next!!“

“We had our first Angelo’s pizza tonight. It was a Carbonara pizza and it was fabulous! It was the best pizza I have had in a long time. Delicious and cooked to perfection, NOT over cooked! We loved the crust, thin-ish but not flat bread thin with a nice rim, not 1/2 the slice! Thank you, delicious! We will be back, for sure!!“

They overheard us mention it was my son’s birthday and when we were almost finished, they brought us free deserts and said did we hear it’s someone’s birthday? The staff was so amazingly sweet. “As I lifelong fan of Amato’s Italian Sandwiches. I love their food. My only minor issue is the accuracy in filling the order. The last two times I have used the Falmouth location the sandwiches have either had a peppers that I didn’t order or left off the tomatoes that I ordered. The orders were placed on the kiosk and the correct order was on the receipt. I will still keep eating their sandwiches but will continue to be annoyed at the errors.“

“I stopped in to pick up an online order that my wife had placed. I love the monitor that shows the stage your order is currently in process. I asked an employee if i could add lava cakes to my order and the counter person said based on where my order was at it would be done two to five minutes after the original order would be completed. She then asked if that would be okay. I thanked her for giving me that information and ordered the desserts . It is very, very busy night. With a lot of orders coming in online and through the door with walk in orders. All the staff were amazing with how they were working as a team in their stations. I apologize for saying this as I did not ask her name a young girl to me red-haired woman was coordinating the team members. Even in the high pressure and fast pace she was calmly coordinating things with her staff and the delievery driver. She was making sure that all orders and requests by customers today were being met in a very timely manner. She was talking with her team to ensure the quality checks were being done on the food, and all the sauces and extras were included in each order.
It was extremely, impressive to see such a high-functioning team coordinated by someone who obviously does their job at an extremely high level. She was overseeing all aspects of the business from her quality control position as order expeditor. She was engaged with the Delivery driver about orders, the counter person if they had questions, talkimg to each of her staff at each of their station when they needed a questioned answered or to ccodinate with them about orders. I received my initial order and then 3 minutes later, they coordinated my desserts to me and I was out the door.
All the team members did a great job and the calm. cool, coordination from the young girl redheaded woman. Absolutely, made the difference. That is a high function team that producesa very good product and extremely efficiently.
I thanked them when I was there and I'd like to thank them online. They did an amazing job on my order. And we're doing amazing work on everyone's order. There were 3 people that were waiting for their online order to be finished near me and all of them commented about the young red headed woman saying that anytime that they've been in there, she is always been on task and always been customer friendly. That's very high praise that people are willing to share with strangers, when they're waiting for their food to be completed. Very positive comments about what they have observed.
