“My husband and I visited Burger King around dinner time and found it to be quite crowded. We weren't expecting any special treatment given the circumstances. However, the young lady who took our order, Jaylin, was so delightful, keeping a smile on her face the whole time we were inside. She really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, even with the crazy rush. “I stopped in Blazes today, had been craving a burger, and they didn’t disappoint! The cowboy burger was delicious, burger cooked just right, the onions and peppers perfectly caramelized, the sauce, bacon, and cheese, exactly the fat you want in a good burger. The bun was perfect and gave the perfect bread to burger/toppings ratio. And the side of onion rings was great, good portion, nice and crispy, not burnt and not soggy. Highly recommend!“

“Solid brew pub near several hotel chains. The beer is great. Service very friendly. The kitchen is open as late as the bar itself. French onion soup was homemade and yummy. The muscles were a little bland, as if they are not steamed in the broth. Cooked nicely. Highly recommend Sebago.“

“I would just like to tell a very short story about how my friend Rex who is 65 years old he is a homeless man out of the Portland area. I took him in to Denny's in Portland to get breakfast on a cold Winter's day in January 2022. We ordered our food with our server who was very rude and after eating our cold yucky breakfast my friend Rex was refused a bathroom to use and then the manager came out and told us for NO REASON, to leave and never come back! It was the worst experience because all my friend Rex needed was a hot breakfast he doesn't bother anyone and never sticks up for himself or creates a fuss! So in looking for another breakfast place to eat we found IHOP in Portland and from the start of walking into that restaurant was so nice and clean the hostess was amazing and sat us immediately with a smile our server Bethany she was amazing so nice and kind she took our order and treated us like human beings she was not judgmental and she took our order the same way she takes everyone's orders with a smile and gracious heart! My friend Rex absolutely loves his fried eggs and his bacon so we now visit the Portland IHOP twice a week. I had told the servers about what had happened to us with our experience at Denny's and the server from IHOP told Rex and myself that we were allowed at IHOP anytime and that they would love to have us!! I can't even tell you how much this warms my heart knowing that I can take my friend who has fallen on some hard times into a restaurant to eat a very nice warm meal and have the best servers in the best wait staff around us! You are amazing IHOP and we love you so much! We will be there every Tuesday and Friday for bacon and eggs comforted by the graciousness and smiles of everyone in the restaurant at IHOP! Keep on being the most amazing restaurant in the world because from my point of view you absolutely are! We love you IHOP thank you so much for your hospitality!“

This is more like an 80s burger joint family style. the food was excellent. However....I shake, 1 fry, 1 burger, 1 soda. $31.00 before tip.“

“Cowbell Scarborough surpasses expectations every time I visit. The servers are friendly, attentive and polite. The food is 95% of the time correct, and if it’s not correct it is quickly resolved. Accountability is always appreciated and in this restaurant it’s certainly valued by the front of house. If you had a poor experience before, I’d recommend trying again!“

“I've been coming to Brea Lu Cafe for about 20 years. Started when they were on Forest Ave in Portland, and followed them to both of their Westbrook locations. Brea Lu has remained one of my favorite places all these years. The food is always good, and they always have creative, delicious specials that keep me coming back.

What really makes Brea Lu special, though, is the people. The family who owns Brea Lu and every member of their staff are some of the kindest, most welcoming people you'll ever meet. They make everyone feel like a regular, whether it's your first visit or your hundredth.

They also do a lot for the Westbrook community. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and their neighbors, and that shows in everything they do.

“Grabbed some food here the other day and it was actually pretty good. My order came out quick, everything was hot, and the portions were decent. The fries were crispy and the main item had good flavor without being overly salty. Staff was friendly enough and getting my order was easy. Nothing fancy about the place, but thats kinda what I liked about it. It’s a good option when you want something quick and dont want to spend a lot. I’d eat here again for sure, especially when I’m in the mood for a quick meal.“

“My husband and I came to Applebee’s recently, and we had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was great, but what really made our visit special was our server, Cadea (the blonde-haired girl). She was absolutely amazing!

Cadea was incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, and she was always so sweet whenever she came to check on us. She never made us feel rushed, even when we took our time deciding what we wanted. Her patience and positive attitude really stood out to us.

You can tell that Cadea genuinely cares about providing good service. She was very professional while still being warm and personable, which made our dinner with my husband even more enjoyable. She made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well throughout our visit.

“Some may know South Portland shuts down after 1am on a Monday night. Nowhere to eat at all unless you want to go to a pub thats about to close. This place is open 24 hours . Its not just that. This experience was the best BK Texas Double Whopper I ever had in my life. I didnt catch their names but the couple working there provided me with the best customer service. The wait was excusable since its the only place open. The manager lady was so nice and personable. Was really having a long day and this visit really made it better. The comfort food feeling far away from home really hit this time.“

“I only used the drive-through, so I can't attest to how the dining area was. The food was decent & what I'd expect from Wendy's. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals, but there were a couple problems. They ran out of one of the drink flavorings (before noon, even), so one person had to get something other than what was initially ordered. I'd also ordered via mobile and was supposed to get a promotional deal of 10 pc chicken nuggets, but they forgot to give it to me and I didn't realize until I'd driven away. Traffic was pretty busy, so I wasn't going to turn around and go back.“
