“Wow. What a find Lil’s Cafe was! Our family stopped in Kittery for the night while heading to Acadia. I love finding unique coffee spots and Lil’s was so much more than I expected! Seeing the pastries and hearing all the recommendations from the locals, we knew we had to get more than coffee. The crullers and almond croissant were out of this world! Melt in your mouth deliciousness. I’m looking forward to another visit to Kittery just to go to Lil’s. 😊“

“Ordered a Lox sandwich in a toasted everything bagel with a large coffee.
Friendly staffers. Pricey was relatively reasonable <$14.
The bagel itself was thin & OK but the bagel's inside was a bit mushy, as in somewhat undercooked. Need to spread the filling to the entire bagel instead of just the middle, which squeezed out upon eating.
Only bagels or bagel sandwiches with some muffins & drinks, nothing else really.

Vegan pesto, tofu, tomato and avocado - so good! Nice to sit outside, though tables are really only good for 2.

“What a treat to find the Beach Bliss Cafe! Where do we begin? Kim is the most generous, thoughtful and hospitable host. The coffee was outstanding and the breakfast sandwiches were amazing gooey goodness! Unexpected was the delightfully curated gift shop. How fun to see Kim interact with the locals, who know where to get the best coffee in town. She made us feel like locals as well. We will be back!“

“I have food allergies and need to eat fresh clean ingredients. I feel so lucky to have a local cafe that offers Just about anything I'd want. The cook is a thoughtful soul and helped me out for Thanksgiving for just my son and I. The cashier was equally nice and totally accommodating. It's a chill atmosphere not a place to run in and out of, we like it that way! It's a local community that care about each other. Thanks for everything you do to keep us healthy. God bless“

“I’ve been working for companies at Pease on and off for a dozen years now and Belle Peppers has been my go-to lunch spot for just as long. In addition, my company frequently orders catering from them so I don’t think I go more than a couple of days without eating something from Belle Peppers. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never had a disappointing experience. It definitely gets busy around lunchtime but if you go there regularly like me you know how to get in and get out quickly. “Update - 8:00PM March 8, gave the location another try and had a much better experience. The woman working was friendly and, though there was still a couple minute wait at the window (she looked to be in the middle of something), my coffee and sandwich came out right away. I drove away with a smile.Old - 8:00PM March 7, two brightly lit neon signs that say “Open,” the radio playing music inside, but here I am sitting at the drive through window for over 5 minutes and didn’t even see movement inside. No other customers as far as I could tell. Left without ordering.“

“Haven’t tried their coffee yet, BUT we stumbled in hungry and ended up having a very pleasant experience. My friend and I both ordered smoothies and they were AMAZING. You can tell their ingredients were fresh and their staff were so lovely and sweet. One of the owners, Ryan, greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. “I went to Pink Hippo Cafe for the first time yesterday. I wasn't sure what to order but the batista helped me decide. she asked me to taste it before I paid for it to make sure it was right. when I tell you her customer service skills are off the charts, I mean 20 out 10, highly recommend!!! Good customer service is rare nowadays. I wish I lived closer, I would go everyday! She was kind, friendly and helpful.“

“We went to try the crepes, but the station was closed at that time. We met Morgan, a wonderful human being who recommended us some pastries instead... there were delicious!!!
She also gave us a gift card for the next time to have our crepes.
Sofia and the other girl (I couldn't have her name, sorry) serving in the Cafe were very nice.
I definitely recommend this place. There are different stations with different types of food.
The place is really beautiful and clean.
You can have coffee, pastries, pizza, sandwiches, heavy meals, and also they have a bar.
