“The food is great. It is a gas station, so the eating area is very limited. Staff is friendly, however, some seem oblivious of customers eating in the small lounge, because two employees, one was end of shift I assumed, stopped in front of the drink dispenser talking about their IRL money and life situations. The awareness of customers at their workplace was ZERO. Even stepping out into the truckstop/convenience store environment, they kept their conversation going like they were in their livingroom. It wasn't quiet, which is why I write this. I just wanted to enjoy my tasty sub, which it was.“

“Staying in the area and honestly there's a lot of places I could have gotten food. Sofias stood out to me with their homemade pasta and the reviews were positive. Well... Let me tell you. They absolutely will not let you down. Great pasta, incredibly fresh homemade bread, large portions and the sauce is rich with a perfect consistency.
I ordered takeout and they took the time to cling wrap the entire container, which was above and beyond and very much appreciated.
The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. In fact, my only regret was not dining in. The place was immaculately clean and very spacious. Truthfully, it smelled like my grandma's house. She was 100% Italian and it really brought back some memories. Looking forward to going back. I might even stock up on their food prep containers.“

“We love Rosa's. The food is always excellent and authentic. Gluten free penne pasta is undetectable from traditional. The house salad will make you ask; "How do they do this?". Atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting. Great service too. Remember if they are busy it's because they are GOOD!“

“Would give it an (overall) 5 rating and 4 (food) rating given a little more sauce on the pasta, and WAY less salt on the bread rolls - which I cannot even eat without scraping first. Regular stop for the wife and I for Spaghetti with Meatballs and sometimes, Sausages. With the Meat Sauce, a very tasty meal for the price, though I believe the portions of the sauce have been reduced recently, lowering it's value as well. All meals come with a choice of soup or salad, I choose the salad regularly (lettuce, tomato, onion and croutons, Italian dressing and optional fresh grated cheese). The tiramisu is to die for and the wine (Red Blend) very nice at the price.“

“I’ve gone here for cannolis a couple times but never bought pizza. I’ve always enjoyed their cannolis and loved that they were one of the few places open late as I get out of work late some evenings and forget to eat something. I bought a slice for the first time today and it was a great size for the price as well as they have a deal for a free cannoli with a slice before 8pm. Every time I have gone the service has been very kind and nice to talk to. I hadn’t left a review before because I often forget but felt I should as I’ve never had a bad experience. I’d also like to add that my friend has a gluten allergy and had never had a gluten free cannoli before and they have them here! Every time I visit nj now he asks me to bring him one.“
