“My husband and I stopped into When Pigs Fly for a quick bite the other day. We saw fried mozzarella wedges on the specials and started with those. We both agreed these are the best fried mozzarella we have EVER had. To be honest they should be on the permanent menu they were that amazing. We also ordered a margarita pizza as well. The pizza was really good too but it didn't compare to the mozzarella! Our waitress was very welcoming and a great server as well. The only con we had was the chairs are not very comfortable. Chances are we will be back soon!“
“The food here is great for the price. Especially the fries! They don't lie when they say that people love them, cause I do! The interior is kinda eh once you see Portsmouth just across the bridge. Service was pretty quick, nice staff, and overall a great time!“
“Saw the story of Amato's on a food show. Had a chance to stop at remote location on my ride home. The original italian sub was delicious. Everything about it was great. Fresh vegetable and a delicious roll. Highly recommend getting one if you are in Maine.“
“I visited for the first time yesterday during lunch. Tried a slice of chicken bacon ranch and Caesar salad. The chicken and bacon were perfect - not too chunky, great flavor, stayed on the pizza and paired well with just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and ranch. The slice was huge and had little to no grease. The Caesar salad was good size and the dressing was, dare I say, the best I've ever had!!! Fast and friendly service. The staff were always doing something - cleaning, communicating, and cooking. Well done and thanks for a great lunch. I will definitely be back.Parking: Parking spots are available in front of the building as well as to the left side a whole lot for outlet shopping and not far from the pizza place. All free parking.“
