“The Italian Bakery team created the most amazing desserts for our 170 wedding guests! We love visiting whenever we’re in the Lewiston area, so choosing them as our dessert caterer was an easy decision. Our wedding cake was their tiramisu (the best we’ve ever had) and they also made cannolis, pastries, and other sweet treats. Everything was amazing, and our guests were raving about the desserts for days afterward.

Brandon was wonderful to work with. He was accommodating, open to our ideas, a great communicator, and punctual and professional when it came to delivery. We’re so glad we chose The Italian Bakery and can’t wait to keep visiting for years to come to enjoy our favorite wedding desserts!“

“The young man that works at this particular Duncan is absolutely amazing. He is so polite and respectful and he always makes my coffee to perfection his name is Deon and I definitely find this young man a refreshing personality for Dunkin .“

“With not having the best luck with service at many Dunkin’s. The few times I come here have been pretty good service, this time though was exceptional. There was a very long drive-thru line but probably the quickest moving line I’ve been in. Whoever was running drive through was very nice, my food and drink came out fast, was very fresh and hot. Coffee was amazing and not burnt and for donating to child hunger received a $1 hot coffee coupon. Great experience today!“

“For the location wasn't too bad, staff was not friendly at all then seemed to be upset with a 5 dollar tip on a less the 7 dollar order.

Wheelchair accessibility: On first floor but had a hard time opening the doors alone, ended up going through drive through.“

“There are few polite and considerate young men and women who work the later shifts that really make some great coffee. They do get my order wrong from time to time but they still make it tasteful enough to still drink it lol. I aint gonna complain They get pretty busy so it's understandable if they don't always get the orders right. I still will return just because they always greet with a smile and a hello what can I get for you today. Half of these employees are just getting out in this world and this is probably their first job so I take their mishaps as still learning ☺️ great job to you youngins!!“

“Anyone who knows me know that I go to Dunkin EVERYDAY so I have my coffee combination to a science. The staff here is great! They greeted my partner and I with smiles and great attitudes. Of something was unavailable (croissants,etc) they were sincerely apologetic but Alex made sure we were okay. Arribella, Natalie, Abby and Ariana were great andmlleasant. A few staff members seemed to be caught off guard; I understand completely. I would be also if an unknown customer comes in and asks your name🤭. I want to make sure I give credit where credit is due.

I usually get the Wake Up wrap or the Sausage Croissant but if you have not tried the Bacon Jam Croissant, you are missing another winner!! Dunkin has some of the best breakfast sandwiches ever! The only thing that I've noticed is that some staff overcooks the food so that's it's too hard or burnt. Other than that, Dunkin will ALWAYS be my go to for coffee!!“

“I have had custom birthday cakes done for the past couple years. At every party I get so many people that ask who made the cake because it’s so delicious. I’ve tried out a couple other local bakeries but so far this one is the best.“

“Working in a different location allowed me to have Georgio's for lunch after many years. First off. the service was great, the food was delicious, the portions allowed for leftovers and the price was just right for these tough times! If you haven't had them in a while, I encourage you to try them again!“

With the amount of people that go through that place every day and they remember my specific order and sometimes have it ready before I get to the counter..
The morning crew starts my day off in the afternoon crew is just as amazing. Afternoon is when my son comes in with me and he's made a couple friends there with a couple of toyswho enjoy to see him and chat with him how about fortnite and gaming!!!
