“Last day in Maine leaving for NYC & picking up at what seems a busy hub for morning drivers to get breakfast at this dunkin. Line at the drive through & the cash desk- 4 ladies working.
But like working through their line. The manager even took a quick interview during the rush who was also a paying client. Ive worked in hospitality & still do customer service and I love to see a team work together to get through rushes like that. Wait wasn’t long and orders were coming out fast. Shoutout to the manager and the whole team really.“

“Our first time at Bintliffs. Busy but cozy... and the food was excellent. One thing detracted from the experience... I love rock and roll but not at a loud volume over breakfast at 8 A.M. I did ask (twice) if it could be turned down and was assured both times that it would be, but it didn't happen. Conversation with my breakfast company was difficult. So I'll give an A+ on the food, but the overall experience a B-.“

“Worth a stop! My partner and I stopped here for wraps on a Saturday afternoon. I got the Teriyaki No Sake and he got the Russ-Ian-Out. Both were great! And the coffee was good, too! Whoever was working (on 4/6 at 2pm) deserves a big ol’ raise, though. She was running the front and back of the house by herself during a rush really wonderfully.“

“The day after the July 4th celebrations, Hi Hat was quite busy but the waitresses were Hi in spirits. We had the Eggs Benedict and home fries and it was worth celebrating! The
portions are generous and the food was fresh and cooked to perfection (in my opinion).
I couldn't even finish mine, although I really wanted to!“

“I think the prices are high for the product you get. Most of the employees were laid back and slow moving but one guy was moving amazingly fast and getting things done. Without him, I would have rated a three for this establishment.“

“I think this Dunkin’ Donuts is awesome. There is one employee who is so helpful and goes out of her way to help! She helps the other employees there as well and seems to be a good leader. I haven’t encountered a visit where she hasn’t been there and rocking it out!“

“I would like to give a HUGE and I mean HUGE shout out to the woman working this morning alone when about 40 customers stormed her from the Walk for Hunger 5k that ended on your doorstep😂❤️ She was pressing a TON of ginger shots while making your always amazing smoothies and juices alone, and she did it with grace and a smile on her face like you were the only one there. Thank you so much, while you probably didn’t anticipate being the reward at the end you did an amazing job and we all appreciated you so much today!!“
