“8:45 at night on a Saturday, called ahead to see if the place was busy. We were told the kitchen was closing, so but if we came right over, they would still cook food for us. So we came right over! Really appreciate them for accommodating us so late like that.This place is definitely a gem. Definitely coming back here if I’m in the area again. It is cozy and friendly, the owner is great, and the food was phenomenal. Family run little old fashioned place. Even jammed out to big band music with the owner. It was an unforgettable night, and I’m so glad we found this place in such short notice.“

“Was on a Maine short vacation. I always like looking for a local type places on my vacation, and this place exactly did that!. I stopped at places where if I see a bunch of cars and they're all from the looks like they're from the local area at a place, I just assume it's good. Drove by on my way to the casino nearby, made a decision to stop there for lunch. This is the second place I found in Maine that is open from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. breakfast. Had the pastrami in in the bigger sandwich with with coleslaw.....Was every good and a great experience. I will definitely come back again!!“

“Had the hot chicken sandwich and pretzel. The chicken sandwich was perfect. It was very hot as advertised but not too hot for people who like spicy food. It was somehow both saucy and crispy at the same time. The pretzel was very fresh and with tasty sauce. Service was very friendly and everyone working seemed happy to be there.“

“BBQ was fantastic, that is saying a lot since I am very picky eater! My husband and I had "The Meat" which is a cheeseburger with sliced brisket and pulled pork on a bun. Owner was very polite and made our food quickly. Will definitely be back!“

Daily specials vary as do vegetables and desserts.Parking: Parking is tight and can fill up rapidly as this is a rather popular place.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of accessible parking spots, and a ramp. Bathroom access is tight, and in its own small hallway; not accessible.“

“We had the American Burger and the Mushroom Swiss. Both were cooked to perfection. The waitress was great friendsly and checked on us several times during our meal.We have been here years ago with my Unlce Paul Parent. The food great than and Honey Badder is still a 1st rate restaurant.Parking: Lots of room.“

“We didn’t realize what we’ve been missing until our first visit last night- what a hidden gem! I love the option of late night dining on Tuesday and Wednesday and the views are absolutely perfect, especially sitting on the patio. The history of Poland Spring is fascinating and we feel so fortunate this is in our own town as we would travel for a place like this! We will see you regularly!“

“The food here was amazing! The filet mignon was wrapped in bacon and perfect. The mac n cheese was to die for! Probably the only mac n cheese I've had at a restaurant and liked. My colleagues and I were traveling in the area for work and we all loved it so much we were gonna go back the next for to-go orders to each bring home!“

“Food was cold when we recieved it, but we listened to the app and were waiting like it said. Bummer for that woukd have been noce if the restaurant called to say hey no need to wait 50 mins like app says or keep food hot till customer arrives!!“
