It is fermented which breaks down the gluten. Not only could she eat it and not have her belly hurt but it tastes amazing as well! The whole family is hooked on The Olde Craft Bakery bread. We’ve tried just about every bread they’ve offered - all delicious. Another plus, unlike processed breads, one slice is filling. The loaves freeze well too. “I came here last night with my family and we had an absolutely wonderful experience, we had the best seat in the restaurant with beautiful views of the ocean in every direction, even on a rainy evening which made it even more cozy. I’m vegan and went into dinner thinking I would just have a salad as I didn’t see anything on the menu or have read any reviews mentioning a vegan option but upon arrival and speaking with our attentive waitress I learned that the chef would be able to make me something. She made me a Moroccan spice eggplant on a bed of jasmine rice with bok choy and beets in a coconut curry sauce and when I say it was absolutely delicious I pretty much licked the bowl clean. The chef even made it a point to come out and check on what I thought of the meal which was so extravagant as they are clearly passionate about creative, delicious meals. 100/10 recommend and truly fairly priced for the 4 of us we got 4 cocktails, vegan dish, chicken dish, salmon dish, shrimp dish and two salads and the total was under $250 before tip!“
