“CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I got the Acadia sandwich and an iced caramel macchiato- SO good! I’ve never eaten from here and wanted to try something new, and I do not regret it one single bit!
The sandwich was a smidge pricey (also could have been specific pricing for DoorDash) - but I tell you what, totally worth it!!
Definitely eating here again!!“

“We visited on a late Saturday afternoon in mid-June 2025.

We found street parking a couple blocks away. The cafe is in the basement of the museum near the bathrooms and water fountains. There is a large meeting room or lecture all auditorium thing we believe too just further down the basement.

We did not actually eat anything here but we did take a bunch of pictures hoping to help others out. We actually didn't see any staff while we visited and we weren't sure if they were already closed for the day or what.“

“Stopped in looking for a souvenir I could fly with and walked out with some goodies. As a bonus they had delicious vegan cookies which I got for myself! The person I spoke with was super helpful and kind and not at all judgy about my excitement about tinned fish! They went above and beyond with helpful information and advice.“

“Love this location. There are so many options that it is hard to decide on what to order. The staff was very pleasant and the food was awesome. When I am in Biddeford, always specifically to shop at Market Basket; we always order food at Market's Kitchen. And the prices are as good as the store itself. You cannot get a Cheeseburger, French Fries and a 20 oz. Soda anywhere cheaper than here. And it's good. And if you want a comfort food dinner, this is the place to go. Turkey Dinner with all the fixings for less than you would pay for a value meal at a fast food chain. I absolutely love this place.“

“My husband and I traveled from the Ellworth Maine area to both build terrariums and look for a plant that has been on my bucket list for some time. This place did not dissapoint even remotely! We built 2 amazing terrariums without any knowledge about them going into it and came home with a Thai constellation Monstera and a baby pitcher plant! It was one of the most fun and grounding expierences of my life. All of the staff and the owner were so helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about it all! I wish I lived closer as I would frequent this place often just for the people and atmosphere alone! Words can describe how special of a place they have and I hope to see it continue to thrive for years to come. I have a mobility disability and getting around many places in a wheelchair can be a challenge but their set up makes it easy to get around and the staff are so ready and willing to assist in all of the things. If accessibility is a concern for you dont let it be! I want to give a big heartfelt thank you to the staff and owner for this amazing expierence (and a thank you for the happy birthday note in my monstera ❤️).“

“I went to this store for the first time of tuesday afternoon this week. I'm not from the area and had gotten lost. My phone was not charged so I didn't have a GPS to help me find my way to where I was going. I'm a single mom and I was getting worried. A gentleman there by the name of James saw how worried I was and asked what was wrong. I explained my situation. Even though he was busy he took the time and actually wrote down every turn or exit I needed to take, he literally wrote step by step what I had to do to get me and my young children home safely. I can't even begin to express how much this meant to me, because of his kindness we made it home safe. It's workers like James that make businesses great. This store is lucky to have someone who not only does his job but goes beyond that and helps others without regard of being recognized.“

“The staffer ultra friendly and very helpful. These people are always happy and make you feel welcome. All their drinks made right to order and most importantly, made correctly! I have yet to have a bad experience there. The food is very good and their donuts are actually the size that a donut should be. I don't even go to dunkin' donuts anymore, as everything's getting miniaturized and they just can't make a coffee to save their life anymore.“

Coffee station is a nice touch to the layout right by the entrance. Loved my french onion soup and chipotle chicken avo melt. I even got a $4.19 chocolate croissant for free 😊“
