“Orrington Pizza has been a great addition to the community. The owners and staff are always warm and welcoming, and provide great service. They all always look like they are enjoying serving our community and it is rare to find an atmosphere like that. If they have bad days they sure do not show it.

As far as the food, what can I say it is amazing. I have yet to find a menu item I dislike. Their ingredients always seem fresh.

Their Chicken Parmesan sandwich is the best one I have ever had. It definitely helps they use their tenders that they season themselves, and let me tell you are absolutely amazing in themselves.

If you have not tried them, it is a must. I could live with this place being only place I ever ate out at.“

From Maui breadsticks to salads to wraps to pizza’s to desserts. We loved them all! Maui breadsticks were amazing. 4 generous stuffed breadsticks with a side of marinara. We have had 12 in, 14 in pizza’s and by the slice. Toppings chosen: buffalo chicken, cheese, pepperoni with and without hot honey, perfectly baked. We also have had their Margherita pizza with minced garlic, incredible. Our family favorite is the chicken broccoli Alfredo, absolutely delicious. We have also had their turkey BLT, buffalo chicken wrap and ham Italian sandwich. They were flavorful and tasty. We have also enjoyed their grilled chicken Caesar salad as well as their garden salad, generous portions and great. And we completed our dining take out experiences with maple walnut whoopie pies…OMG!! Such goodness! “I've had bad to mediocre pizza my whole life (mainly an Arizona thing, pizza just isn't good there) until I had a Portland Pie Pizza. I've yet to have a bad pizza from here and they all taste really good. The cheese is very good and the dough tastes just as good. I'm so happy they have so many vegetarian options and on the menu. The vegetarian options are clearly labeled which is great for me! I've never had beyond sausage as an option on a pizza before and it was so nice to include that, as it does taste good. I've never once been worried about the beyond sausage being accidentally excluded and instead actual sausage being included in its place. Which is one thing I've been concerned about with eating at restaurants, this place does not concern me.

The garlic dough is really tasty and goes well with any toppings. I'm always excited to get a PPC pizza when I can as it's never been bad. I do think online ordering can be a little funky. As I know with one pizza I got, I wanted fresh mozzarella on top including the four cheese blend, but instead got only mozzarella and no cheese, so it was mainly red sauce and the mozzarella chunks. I don't think they offer both together or at least not online anymore, so I wish it was more clear when it would substitute that or that it's not an offering. Also what toppings can be applied to a whole pizza Vs. a half pizza. Like online the ricotta cheese has to be on the whole pizza or it doesn't apply. Might just be the online site.

Other than that the pizza is always fresh. When I come in for lunch for a single slice and ask to have a piece not touching the pepperoni the staff is always helpful and nice about it. The staff are kind and never give off a bad attitude. You guys are doing a great job :)

“Authentic New York style homemade pizza. We didn't think we could ever find it in Maine but this is the place!!! You don't need to order extra cheese. The sauce and cheese goes all the way to the edge. The place was very busy but the staff was super nice and friendly. Best pizza in Bangor!!!!“

“I have celiac disease and they went above and beyond to make sure everything on my pizza was gluten free... and it was YUMMY!! I definitely recommend the Cauliflower crust.

“My wife and I stopped in for some pizza yesterday and I have to say that we were very impressed with the quality and taste of the pizza there!

It's a humble looking place from the outside, but there is ample seating inside if you want to eat in. The people are friendly and the pizza was amazing! It's not thin crust. it's a thicker pie but just so good. They do not serve slices, but they do have a personal size pizza and larger sizes as well. The only thing I would change is to put a REAL menu somewhere. The paper take-out menu taped to the side of the soda cooler is in such small type that if you are over 40 good luck reading it : )

Overall we loved the pizza and we will be back. Sorry, but we ate it so fast I forgot to take pics :-)“

“my first experience yesterday I got the Hawaiian pizza combo with bbq chips and a fountain Pepsi for 7.00 it was so good and yes I will be back the lady at the counter was very nice and warned me that I would be back and she was right my buddy that i work with told me it was a must try and he was definately right❤️“

“At Uno's in Bangor, ME yesterday (04/15/25)....My husband doesn't like the chunky sauce and likes the sauce on the bottom....my exact order was marina sauce (not chunky) and sauce on the bottom, no sauce on the top like a regular pizza ....my order WAS repeated back to me correctly. Great, see you in 25 minutes. How'd they do?? Sauce all over the top....it was marina but I specifically asked for the sauce to be on the bottom. Even the tag in the pizza box was correct. When I called them to complain as this is the SECOND time this has happened (first time we didn't call) the manager (who also made this pizza) made all kinds of excuses, this is how we do it, we don't make them with no sauce on the top, try calling in your order next time vs doing it online (this was a call in order not online), maybe explain it better next time, maybe tell them you want it made in the reverse order.... In the end, we still have this pizza, not guaranteed a refund and they've lost us as a customer!! $51 plus a $5 tip for this pizza & a gluten free. I just checked my bank account and I'm not seeing a charge yet so maybe she did refund after we hung up but not sure yet. Very poor customer service, especially by the manager!!“
