Very average. Appealing because of their happy hour menu, but the service was totally confused, the appetizers were not great, and the entire vibe is, maybe not surprisingly, like a basic hotel.
Shantia and her staff worked impressively hard to provide us with a memorable experience and fond memory of our stay at The Westin at Port Harbor Maine. The food was very good, the service was on point, and the ambiance was inviting. This team, 100 percent, made our stay worth traveling to Portland, ME.

Wonderful breakfasts while staying at this hotel. Try some lobster with your breakfast. I really enjoyed the berries and yogurt also. I had dinner here the last night of my stay and it was divine. Street parking is sparce and the parking deck is expensive so walk or uber if you aren't staying at the hotel.The manager clearly knows what she is doing as does the chef. Amazing.
