“This Starbucks is my go to place. Tiffany and Teara head up an incredible morning team that is welcoming and efficient. Teara starts my drink once she sees my car coming. Tiffany meanwhile always has the place organized and spotless.Together they are creating a sense of community, not just a place to purchase something to eat and drink. I met and am now a part of the "Friday" group, so meaningful for someone who is new to the area.Come visit one morning. Getting out of your car, since they don't have a drive thru will be totally worth it.“
“There isn't a lot of seating, so you have to wait for a table. Unfortunately, this establishment, like many other establishments in Portland have a large homelessness population coming in/out of the building. Coffee was good. Parking was terrible, but that's Portland for you!!“
“They were SO kind. I felt embarrassed because I don’t know the Starbucks menu. I am converting from DD and they let me sample flavors and took their time educating me on the menu. Thank you Mae! And the other employee was super helpful just started my day right! Not used to such kindness! Starbucks fan, for life.“
“Even though my food came out significantly later than others behind me in line and having to check in with the order, it’s what I was expecting. The staff were very friendly and did a great job keeping up despite how busy it was. My gingerbread chai was rang up incorrectly (chai sub gingerbread; aka steamed milk, water, gingerbread syrup) but it was still delicious since it was the gingerbread I was craving. Always use my stars at airport locations to accommodate for higher prices.“
“Best staff! I will literally drive up to 20 mins out of my way to stop at this Starbucks rather then the others ones. I have a very complicated drink( I’m literally the worst )and this is the only one that never messes it up and greats me happily every-time and knows my name. This Starbucks remind me of the cheers bar (?you wanna go where everybody knows your name ?) staff is very demure“
