“One of the best meals I’ve ever had. We randomly stopped in to eat on our way through Freeport and I’m so glad we did! I ordered the burrata salad with chicken and it was stunning. The heirloom tomatoes were amazing and the pesto was so good. For dessert we got the blood orange sorbet and it was absolute perfection!“

“Less than friendly staff from the time I placed the order over the phone to the interaction with staff on-site at time of pickup. Crust is a bit rubbery and sauce has a unique taste that almost resembles spaghetti Os sauce. 2 large pizzas (1 cheese and 1 cheese & pepperoni) for $35 is a bit overpriced. Pepperoni was used very sparingly...at least half of what you'd expect from any pizza joint“

“They are best know for there amazing pizza, but they have so much more. We often get pizza , but have had there tuna subs, gyros , chef salad , they have probably the best steak & cheese around! The staff is always friendly and accommodating . I highly recommend .“

“I just ordered two sandwiches, the owls head for myself and a Portlander for my neighbor. We both were blown away by the amount of flavor and work put into it. The balance with seasoning and freshness was incredible. Staff was friendly and I definitely plan to return. I literally got sandwiches and now I’m excited for the Pizza! No wonder so many people were coming in for slices. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout. Thank you guys for your high standards and commitment“

“The staff, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Twenty of us had lunch here today and the staff (thank you Manager Matt & Lion) went above and beyond to make sure we all left full and happy!! “We had our family Christmas party at Angelo's last night and we all wanted to thank all the employees for your wonderful hospitality and great food! We gathered in the back room and the atmosphere was very cozy, with Christmas music playing in the background. What a great place to have a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, etc. Lisbon's own hidden gem of a restaurant. Again thank you from all of our family, may you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!“

“Food was awesome and the bartender was awesome!!! My wife and I came on Monday night and it was pretty busy. Adrienne made my wife a wonderful Ol fashioned and I enjoyed a glass of wine. Although she was very busy, she was quite attentive. Lovely experience, we will be back to see her again.“

“On our way to Bar Harbor, we made a stop in Brunswick and had dinner at Brickyard Hollow. It's a great spot, and I would describe it more as a sports bar. They had an excellent selection of craft beers, and the food was fantastic. I had a delicious Pulled Pork Bowl, and my friends ordered huge, flavorful pizzas. The service was super friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!“

“Ive been a life long customer of this store. I love coming in to get a Ham Italian now and then. Lately its a 50/50 chance of getting your order made right. My parents and I all got Italian sandwiches tonight. One with no tomatoes or olives, one with no peppers, and one unmodified. The unmodified had no tomatoes, the other one had green peppers, and mine had olives. All 3 were made incorrectly. The young staff were goofing off and not paying attention, while discussing whether the mop water in the bucket was from Saturday (today's Wednesday), or from Monday.
These kids making the food just don't pay attention. Too busy looking at their phones or talking to each other to not make mistakes. I love the store but I politely suggest having a staff meeting to discuss this. Other people I know have been having the same issue.“

“Ordered a thin crust pizza and was surprised to find the pizza cut in squares. The manager was very nice and explained thin crust is sliced that way and offered to remake the pizza and cut it in pie slices.“

“Sam's in Lisbon is always a place I like to go grab an Italian.We stopped in today for lunch and my family was fortunate enough to have our sandwiches made by Jason! Not only were the sandwiches fresh and flavorful but he walked them over to our table with a friendly smile. Five stars for sure! Also I hope you guys keep doing deals on Italians!!“

“My husband and I just had lunch at the Sam’s Italian Restaurant in Augusta, Maine. The cranberry almond chicken salad sandwich was excellent, and I had to save half of it for later because it was so huge. My husband had the chicken parmigiana sandwich and he said it was the best he ever had. Kind, friendly employees. The place was nice and clean. Glad we found this restaurant. We will definitely be back soon.“

“My company Hager Photography had the absolute pleasure of photographing a wedding reception here at The Harraseeket Inn this summer and it was AMAZING. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true New England wedding experience. The Harraseeket Inn is such a unique venue! It's a great space and a great location! You can't go wrong booking your wedding here.“
