“I just came thru the drive thru at the Auburn, Maine Arby's on Center Street, and i've got to point out the excellent customer service at your drive-thru. The kid (didn't see his name tag)was very polite, quick with the food and got everything correct and I think that it's not pointed out enough. The fish sandwiches were freakin' awesome btw : )“

“Highly recommend this Taco Bell for the staff alone. Friendly and helpful not to only their customers, but unfortunate souls who discover themselves stranded with a broken down new car. (Ironic we know!) The extremely kind staff offered us water during the heat wave that is hitting Maine currently. Definitely will be back to venture for food from such friendly staff.“

“I am a crew member here and I just wanna say respectfully that I’ve worked here almost 6 months and I work my butt off and while I’m working 5 days a week 4-close I am constantly cleaning and making sure our bathrooms and dining area is cleaned and I am so super respectful and helpful to customers! I know all my regulars and know exactly what they want and I meet and greet everyone with a smiling face and great vibe! Yes we do tend to run out of stuff but it’s not our fault…we do close to $10,000 in sales daily and everything is made fresh daily and we all or most of us are working super hard to make everyone happy! It saddens me that people only point out the “negative aspects” of our restaurant and don’t go outta their way to comment on the nice things that we do. Like when we are outta stuff I offer people other things like a drink or an upsize on their drink. Or if they got chips and we are out I offer them something else in return as well as them being able to get a refund from the app or through their email…“
