I have fallen in love with the biscoff cake and have been raving about to anyone who will listen, frankly listening doesn't really matter😄 I've just been telling everyone lol 100/10 would recommend 👍👍👍”

“I've eaten at Bucksport House of Pizza many times over the years, and I have to say Bucksport House of Pizza has consistently had the best food, friendliest staff, and best bang for your buck in the area. I don't live around the area anymore, but anytime I'm in Bangor I make the drive down just to eat here. It's the best, I highly recommend it.”

“We're doing road construction in the area for the summer and I've recently discovered Tea Maineia. Best iced tea I've had, this beats going to any chain coffee place any day. They have plenty of options for teas, sweeteners, etc and it's fun to look around at what they have in store. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Check them out, and ask about the scones!”

“We went to Dino’s tonight and were incredibly happy with our experience. We are visiting from out of state and stopped in after a very long day of travel. The place is exactly what I expect of every good Mom and Pop type pizza shop. The lady at the counter was very kind, accommodating, and patient. She took our order and we went across the street to the market while our food was prepared. We got a small onion pizza, small onion and mushroom with no cheese, and an order of fries. Everything was delicious! The crust was thin, cooked to crispy blistered perfection, and their sauce was to die for. True tomato basil flavor. We highly recommend trying them and we’ll be back for sure!”

“I buy pizza and other things at Winterport On The Run quite a lot. The young man in the deli, Perry, is always so cheerful, friendly and pleasant. He is also polite and respectful. In fact, everyone in the store makes you feel welcome. You have a very good crew!”

“I dine in and use the drive thru a few times a week, most of the year. Staff is friendly, efficient and demonstrates great customer service. Dining area and restroom are clean. Plenty of product stocked, baked goods are fresh. Breakfast sandwiches hit the spot as well. This is a busy location and they have good help, will continue to support this location.”

“Love the girls that work here in the a.m. my coffee is always good ? the only thing I don't recommend is anything containing an egg. This has nothing to do with the employees working at this branch were any branch for that matter. I believe Duncan as a corporation switch to the egg manufacturer or the way they process them prior to sending them to the individual restaurants. For the last month they are always..... We will say gooey just because I don't know how else to describe it. It's almost as if it's a runny yolk texture but not. And it's not just at my location of had egg on my breakfast sandwich at 3 other locations and they're all the same.”

“So today, my visit was poorly timed. They were changing over from breakfast to lunch menus, and they told me I'd have a two-minute wait. That was a bit of an underestimate; the actual wait was a bit over ten minutes. It was a touch more vexing that I was only told after I had already paid. I did mention to them that telling me before I paid so that I could make an informed choice would've helped. Totally a 'not anybody's fault, and here's how you can improve' situation.

I went into the store (I had gone through drive-through and had been directed to the 'reserved for drive-through' parking spaces while I waited) as I was somewhat in a hurry. I was offered a refund, despite the 'no cash refunds' sign in the window, but was kind of hesitant (meaning, very hungry) and didn't take it right away. Then the guy who underestimated my wait gave me the refund on his own, along with a couple of free item coupons.

Really, just the refund was enough to make it all honest, so the coupons were already above and beyond. But what really turned the entire experience around for me (and decided me on a five-star review instead of maybe three for honesty, or maybe just not writing one) was when I thought it was over and done with and started to leave. That was when the same guy ran out to catch me and GAVE ME THE FOOD TOO.

I've honestly never seen a fast food place go this far to fix something like this. I normally only expect that level of care from fancier places. I was very impressed.

Being hungry does bad things to anybody's mood. So, getting fed when I'd thought I wasn't gonna be, well, I left pretty happy. I don't visit McDonald's much anymore (times have changed pretty hard, right?) but I'll definitely come back to this one. Wish I'd got the guy's name.”
