So disappointed in this particular Dunkin’. They are out of menu items on a regular basis, and wait times for drive thru can exceed 20 minutes. Management needs to get their act together. Front line workers... your customer service rocks though.
When you make a special trip into town because you want a latte and your children want frozen chocolates and snackin bacon at 6:30 and they tell me I can not get any of those items because the machines have been shut down and cleaned for the day but the store is open untill 8! Maybe you should close at 6:30 then!
the fact that you actually have a NO TIPPING sign on display, shows just what awful owners you truly are. Gardiner location is absolutely terrible. Your farmingdale location is just as bad .
