Just stood at the counter for 5 minutes at 6 am and nobody came out. Don’t even waste your time going here.
It's a service plaza and there is a door bell for service. On a Saturday at dinner time I rang the bell DOZENS of times and apparently it doesn't even work. We were all in line about 8 people so finally I just yelled out back. Also the phone number to call was a disconnected phone number in New Jersey.
Also because this is in fact a Dunkin' franchise they really don't care. Someone will probably have a robotic response to this but no one really cares.
