“It was our first day in Bar Harbor and we chose Galyn’s for dinner. It was delicious. We sat on their front porch overlooking the harbor. “The best part about dining at The Terrace Grill is the view across the harbor toward Bar Island. It’s stunning. Next is the service. Our server, Kim, did an excellent job balancing checking on us and giving us space. She paid special attention to details with our order and answered our questions about the harbor and the community. Finally, the food was very good and well presented. My wife had the Blueberry salad with Salmon which was outstanding. I had the fish tacos with grilled haddock and they were quite tasty. The sauce and salsa had excellent flavor. The fish was a little dry. The prices were quite reasonable and I would definitely go back.“

“We’ve been enjoying Tracey’s for a few years. This morning we tried their new breakfast sandwiches. The croissants were so buttery and the sandwiches were filling and delicious. We also tried a fresh Boston Cream donut. Amazing! I’m just sorry we’re leaving for the winter. I look forward to many more good meals next year. Delicious food and friendly staff!“

And as someone who has to eat gluten free I was so impressed when the waiter brought out gluten free bread for me when he brought out bread for the table AND my own butter/spreads for it so there wasn’t cross contamination. Every dish we ate was amazing. Do not overlook the vegan option! My daughter (not vegan) thought it was one of the best meals she has eaten in years.“

“Stewman’s Lobster Pound in Bar Harbor, Maine is a must visit! The whole lobster is absolutely delicious, and the shrimp is equally amazing. The views of the harbor make dining here even better, and the service is friendly and attentive. It’s a popular spot, so it can get busy definitely get there early. A perfect place to enjoy fresh seafood and soak in the charm of Bar Harbor!“

“We loved our stop at Bunkers Seafood! The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the waterside picnic tables. We had appetizers and a drink and all were great! Staff was also awesome. We hope to be back someday!“

“Recently visited Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. During our stay we ate here several times. Every one of our meals was delicious. Fish and chips was the highlight. First time having haddock fish and chips. Really well executed on crispy exterior and moist flakey flesh. The service was good. Met some really nice wait staff here and enjoyed the conversations.“
