“The ambiance and the food were amazing. The service could have been better, but I recognize they were slammed on a Saturday night. We had a reservation and still had to wait 25min for our table, however, there is a very nice full service bar/lounge area to wait so it wasn't a deal breaker. The food was incredible and by far one of the best meals we've had in a while. Will definitely be back.“

“Loved this place! We went to the island to wander a bit and enjoy the sunset the week after Labor Day. It was windy and we were the only people on the patio as the sun went down before we went back in and sat at the bar. Sam was warm and welcoming, and answered all of our questions about life on the island as if we were friends, chatting over drinks.

“The atmosphere at Dockside Grill is fantastic due to its being right on the water. You can get off your boat and go right up to the bar for a beer after being on the water.

However, part of me gets the feeling that Dockside lets a few things go because they know they have a fabulous location.
I felt the hostess, instead of being warm and friendly, was terrified of her job and of me. She needs some support around greeting guests with a smile.

I also felt the server could have been more friendly. She was nice enough, but pretty cool.

I went to the ladies' room. It smelled of pee. Yes, you have a great location, but when the bathroom smells of pee, I feel I am in a gas station and not a lovely restaurant on the water.

I had a wedge salad with blue cheese dressing and it was good.
My partner had a wrap which he loved. He also ordered the fish chowder which was very good but maybe too thick for my taste.
We do usually have great meals at Dockside Grill.“

“We were on a tight schedule to catch a flight home. Deija, our server was so kind and helpful. She put in our order as she seated us, she went above and beyond to make sure we had our meal so we could enjoy and not feel rushed. The haddock sandwich was very good.“
