“First time dinning at 555 North. We had a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional. Love the atmosphere, and the food was AMAZIMG! I ordered the short ribs which was delicious. The mussels and the creamy French onion soup were fantastic ! Great presentation! Definitely would recommend 5 ⭐️“

“Cook’s is a Bailey Island institution - a cosy retreat in the off season for hanging at the bar and a bustling blast in the summer time for locals and tourists alike (their annual July disco party is a can’t-miss event). They are a true pillar of the community and we’re lucky to have them.“

“I used to work across the street and would come here once a week. Everything was AMAZING and the staff was being better. I moved to Western North Carolina and tried the best Indian restaurant in Asheville, which is known as one of the best cities for restaurants in the country. They had absolutely nothing on Shere Punjab! Everything is better here. I won’t even make a recommendation on what to try (except you’re a fool if you don’t get the garlic naan with all those amazing dipping sauces). Just try it all, it’s impossible to get a bad dish. Now I come back to Maine here month or two and stop in here every time.“

“There is something for everyone here! Don’t like seafood? The burgers are awesome and their homemade chips make everyone happy. Don’t eat meat? Their veggie burger is so good! The service is also super friendly and helpful. We love how everything is compostable. And the location is both convenient and also peaceful - amazing view along the river. We love it here!“

“This was one of the best lobster rolls I have had. Excellent light dressing with buttery toasted bun, the lobster was in huge pieces! The coleslaw was a bit bland. I had a mocktail coconut one, it was delicious! Good service and cool building!“

“Great food! We mapped out a scenic route from OOB to Freeport and we were so glad we found this place! Beautiful view. Clam chowder and crab cakes were delicious. Relaxing atmosphere and service was attentive and well done. Highly recommend definitely worth the stop!“

“Brought my son for lunch last weekend. He had a lobster roll and we shared a scallop/shrimp basket. So good!!! My son had a piece of their homemade coconut cream pie- said it was the best he'd ever had. When you go- come hungry!“
