I moved to Western North Carolina and tried the best Indian restaurant in Asheville, which is known as one of the best cities for restaurants in the country. They had absolutely nothing on Shere Punjab! Everything is better here. I won’t even make a recommendation on what to try (except you’re a fool if you don’t get the garlic naan with all those amazing dipping sauces). Just try it all, it’s impossible to get a bad dish. Now I come back to Maine here month or two and stop in here every time.“

Eventually they got it together, but we almost walked away pretty unimpressed and scrambling to find somewhere else to go despite calling several days ahead for a reservation. Aside from that, zero complaints. It was more reasonably priced than expected. It was roughly $60 for an entree and a dessert.“
