“Our family had an amazing time at Gather last Friday. Krista was great to work with and helped organize a reservation for our party of 19 people. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. The spot is beautiful and the food was delicious. “Got super lucky and was able to get a table on walk-in! (Was 7:30pm on a Saturday). Most delicious food ever. All fresh! Farm to table! so cool you can see the chefs making it right from practically the farm and delivered right to your table! Sourdough bread was a delicious and delightful complementary course- baked right downstairs! I got the spinach & feta pie (10/10) and my mom got the braised chicken (10/10). Such good quality food. To top off the night we got a crème brûlée and scoop of malted cider ice cream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!“

“The duck isn’t the only thing that’s going to be fat after you dine here! The food was amazing. The biggest highlight was the duck fat poutine, and it’s totally worth adding the fried egg and the duck confit on top! The duck fat milkshakes were thick, creamy and so delicious. The ONLY reason I didn’t give the atmosphere 5 stars is because the inside has the stools fixed to the floor and you can’t move them, which makes it very hard for a larger individual to sit anywhere comfortably. Fortunately, we were able to move outside and sit where the chairs could be moved, and it was perfect!“

“My husband and I had lunch here before an appointment nearby. This restaurant had delicious food. My husband ordered the Down east Ruben, which was made with deep fried haddock with Cole slaw piled high on the bun with melted cheese. He said it was delicious! I opted for the classic BLT. Again, the sandwich was delicious. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and ample bacon was piled on top. I watched a young man bus the tables. He was extremely thorough cleaning the tables and seating. He even washed the items on the table (salt & pepper shakers, ketchup and hot sauce bottles). This young man then set the tables for new customers. Being a bit of a clean freak, I appreciated this young man's work. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.“

The bagels and waffles are delicious and can be made vegan. The juices are super tasty and the coffee is divine. The people are just as good as the food. “One of the best meals I’ve ever had. We randomly stopped in to eat on our way through Freeport and I’m so glad we did! I ordered the burrata salad with chicken and it was stunning. The heirloom tomatoes were amazing and the pesto was so good. For dessert we got the blood orange sorbet and it was absolute perfection!“

“First visit to Maine and we chose Bayside randomly. The vibe and atmosphere is very relaxed and calm which I love. We both had the house coffee and lobster roll for lunch, and it was delicious. Never had a lobster roll before and I'm very glad Bayside was my first time having it! The menu is varied so everyone can find something they like, but I absolutely recommend the lobster roll. Our waiter was very friendly and informative (I believe his name was Niko). He gave us recommendations on cool things to see and shops to check out. Even is December Maine is full of life! I love Bayside and we will definitely be visiting again!“

“This place is so good! I’m here on a vacation and stumbled upon it. Their phone wasn’t working so we drove there and I’m so glad we did! I got a vegan taro tea and green curry with tofu. It was amazing and super delicious. I like my curries to be spicy, and this one was pretty mild (which it explained on the menu). Glad I tried it! Also the waiter was great and so friendly.
