“Sparkling green tea lemonade for my upset stomach. 10/10. I’m a coffee gal, but I had to switch it up that day. That magical drink of sparkling green tea lemonade was the perfect sweetness and extremely refreshing. Extra kudos to the lovely lady at the window who was extremely pleasant. If I lived closer, this would be my go to spot! They put Tim Hortons to shame. Also had the bacon and Gouda soufflé, which was super hot and equally tasty. I know probably not great for my stomach but I had to try it!“

“I always go to this Biggby, it is convenient since it is by my house, plus they take the time to really get to know their customers and today it showed! My husband went to get Biggby this morning and even though he has been with me for years to order my drink...and it isn't hard...Frozen Neopolitain with no whip...my husband couldn't exactly remember! You got to love husbands, they try! However, as soon as the batrista saw my husband's Jeep he goes oh, no your wife normally gets espresso in it, we will make a new one! The baristas (like Marshiana, Gabe, Becca, Joey, and many other baristas) have always been smiling, very professional, friendly, polite, and overall very pleasant to interact with. I have heard in the drive thru in front of me regulars come through who are on a first name basis. This is the Starbucks that will always make your day better. They make the drinks right, they are consistently the same every time, and they are more than happy to help with anything you need. “I’ve never had a bad drink or pastry from here. I’m always a little iffy about trying coffees, lattes, etc. from different places. But this place hits the nail on the head every time! If there is a drink you want and don’t see it on the menu, just ask. Chances are, they can make it and it will be fantastic!!“

“This is a easy location to get to, pretty much within walking distance off I-94 in Battle Creek. The building appears to be fairly new and when I was there, it was super clean inside. It looked like there were 5 people working on that Sunday morning and they were moving pretty quick. My latte was ready as I was just walking over to the pick up area so no complaints there! The donut selection was pretty good for a gas station adjacent location as I usually find these to be pretty lacking in options by noon on a Sunday. *The price is higher for us because we got donuts and signature drinks for several people.

My one and only reason I can't give a 5 star review is because like other reviewers, I too found the glaze to be pretty lacking. On the munchkin donut holes I also bought, only a few had a decent amount of glaze. Most had a few drops and there were many with none at all. :( The frosted usual donuts had a good amount of frosting/toppings so you can't go wrong there. Highly suggest my faves of Cinnamon Rolls and Boston Creams!“

“I love Biggby on Beckley Road. Every time I have been there the staff has always been super friendly and so helpful when I have questions about their food and drinks. I love their mocha frappee. Its the best.“

“I ordered a 2C. After waiting for my food to “get done cooking “ I get home to eat and my burger is RAW! I call up to make a complaint to be told to bring it back up or to HOLD ONTO MY FOOD EVEN IF ITS DAYS before I can get back up there or I don’t get a refund or have it replaced! How disgusting! I have to waste gas or hold onto food to get it replaced! What a joke!“
