“Stopped in 10 minutes before close to grab some goodies for my kids for the morning. The bakery itself feels like you are walking into your grandma's house - warm, smells amazing, homey vibes (think grandma's tables, chairs, and kitchen), and lots of stuff! They have the donut case that has all the classics and then some. They had cookies, breads and other baked goods prepackaged for sale, too. Cooler of beverages next to a cooler with cold items like cakes. I think they had other knickknacks for sale, too? Not sure if it was Tom behind the counter who helped me, but whoever it was was very kind and welcoming. I grabbed 3 blueberry donuts and one paczki (because it was Fat Tuesday and it felt like a crime it I didn't). My two boys and my husband devoured their donuts this AM and really liked them! They split the paczki btw the 3 of them and they thought it was delish. I always forget about Tom's but it is so close to our house, I need to make a point to remember to stop in more often. Love little hometown bakeries and Tom's fits that bill!“

“Van’s felt like stepping back in time a bit, but in a good way. Service was quick and friendly, and there were a lot of tasty treats to choose from. I bought several items to go including an apple fritter, and old fashioned plain donut, an almond tart, and a date cookie. Everything was delicious and rich. I definitely highly recommend Van’s as a bakery for pastries and other sweets.“

“I stopped by Sawall Health Foods in KZoo while driving home to Ann Arbor from Chicago. My GF/DF/SF family has been anxiously waiting to try your products - and you exceeded our wildest expectations! The Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cinnamon Donuts and Blueberry Muffins were amazing. The Whoopie Pie is THE BEST Gluten Free baked item I've ever eaten! Wish you had distribution in A2, but until then, we will be moving heaven and earth to buy your products. Thank you so much for doing what you do!“

“I had a custom cake made for my parents 50th wedding anniversary, and she did a wonderful job. I gave her only a color scheme and general description of what I was looking for, and she nailed the design! We got vanilla cake with buttercream frosting, and it was delicious. Highly recommend!“

“We had Nothing Bundt Cakes for our wedding and everyone raved about them! Ashley (the coordinator I worked with at NBC) was always very responsive and helpful in the planning process. We estimated for 2 bundtinis per person and it was the perfect amount! Their cakes are always so delicious and our guests loved having the choice of different flavors. Our cutting cake was an 8" bundt cake with the drizzle frosting...so beautiful with some flowers in the center! Can't say enough good things about this experience with them for our wedding!“

“I have lived 10 mins from Marge’s for almost 10 years now but some reason never went in there, always wanted to but just didn’t. I went for the first time on Valentine’s Day with my 2 year old daughter. They were busy because of the holiday but everyone was so so so nice and patient. The worker that served us even helped me carry out my doughnuts to my car because I had my hands full with my toddler. That small gesture meant so much to me. I will 100% be going back any chance I get. Not to mention they were honestly the best doughnuts I’ve had in a very very long time!!“

“My nephew and I shared a meal here today and our experiences ranged from very good to off the scale great. We tried a Hot Mess breakfast with eggs, potatoes, chorizo,etc; it was perfectly balanced (neither to spicy or bland), super fresh; loved it. We also got a grilled cheese, with pepper jelly. The bread was the best ever (toasted perfectly) and crunchy, and it wasn't to cheesy (some places put too much cheese which makes it messy) with just enough pepper jelly to create an original experience; and one of my favorite sandwiches of my life. The salad was the low point of the meal as it was merely perfect. We also got a chocolate croissant which was great and a pot de creme which was decadent and..can I say perfect again. This is my new favorite place“

“Seems not that long ago I wrote a review for this location. But lets see i bought a loaf of sour dough bread for home. But the stuff was so very yummy. I left it in my car, and snacked on it for like four days. It stayed that fresh that long, talk about a happy camper. Thing was i went there to or donuts. Where I usually got to Royal Dutch Bakery in Grandville. I did buy a long john stuffed with chocolate here. It was yummy too.“

“I have bought cookies twice trying to get windmill cookies. Both times the wrong cookies were in the package. One time chessmen and unsure of next package but it had chickens and people. Both tasted like ginger snaps. Still giving five stars because we all make mistakes.“
