Needed a cake for a birthday Gaby’s was able to same-day quickly arrange for a 10” Strawberry Fraisier. The Fraiser was great, not too sweet and decently loaded with fresh strawberries and their vanilla butter cream.They do recommend at least a day notice for larger orders and I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future orders! Look forward to coming back and trying out their other offerings.
New to GR, I visited the market and found HEAVEN. Growing up I just wasn’t a cookie kid. I stopped by Gaby’s bakery and I was conflicted by all the great choices. I attempted at what I thought was the less of all the evils. A chocolate chip cookie OMG! I’m done! ❤️❤️❤️ Gaby is the greatest very gifted. If you don’t visit and add to your bucket list your missing out!

The best pastries and desserts I've had in Michigan! Our family went and picked 4 different desserts; each was exceptional. I couldn't choose a favorite, because each one was so delicious and different. Highly recommend!!
