“Food was delicious we just had appetizers and the smash burger tacos and chicken bites were so yummy, but the best part was the bartender and the service! Shawn was our bartender and I have not had such a friendly, helpful, nice, bartender/server since before covid. Thats what customer service should be like again! Seems to really enjoy his job and the people he serves!
We really enjoyed our time here before the game! We are leaving with a great experience and our day is genuinely better walking out of here! Highly recommend!“
“Still my favorite brewery in all of S.E. Michigan. While I’ve met various “beer-tenders” here (and in my 5 years in Michigan) I have to say that this place stocks consistent talent. Always personable. Very knowledgeable. Hats off to Frankie and Mark.“

“Historic (1902) Corktown Irish Pub w/ antique revolvers & Firefighter memorabilia. Smallish place that gets packed when busy & definitely a proper neighborhood/dive vibe. Nothing fancy but a well stocked bar n pretty fair prices! I didn't even know they served food but i always come at weird times/days. i like stopping in on slow days! N open on mondays! It's definitely worth checking out! 🍀 🍺 🍻 ☘️“
“We came to Detriot to see the NCAA D1 National wrestling tournament. We stopped in and had a great time. The beer, food, and environment were wonderful and we give them 5 stars. Look forward to coming back. Mechanicsburg PA folks“

“Beer selection is great - Much wider and deeper on the European choices (Belgians/Germans) than anywhere else I've seen locally and this is primarily what keeps us coming back, but the old-style wood room and the laid back atmosphere are great too. You could say divey or hipster, but also all-inclusive. Usually good more-modern indie music playlist which is appreciated. Chris was a great bartender but I think he's unfortunately moved on, will be missed. Spacious covered patio out back is good for smokers & has some fun games (cornhole, connect4, etc). Beware - the Peanuts are addictive!“

“Went there to watch sports for game day. Nessa our server proved to be very special and capable.
We had the privilege of meeting Eric (owner) who was a gracious host.
We travel for NFL games all over and this is best time we’ve had“

“Food was amazing. I had the chicken (tenders) & waffles & my fiancée had the corned beef hash & both were delicious & so much food that neither of us finished ... our waitress name was Noble & she was absolutely amazing too. She made sure we had everything we needed & was really nice (even calling us ma'am & sir) ... the atmosphere was perfect too ... we've added this to our list of favorites
Parking: Super hard to get a close spot, so be prepared to possibly walk“

“We held a 50th birthday party for our daughter in the private room last Saturday evening. The service and the food was extraordinary. We had 50 attendees that included old and not so old. The banquet items were outstanding and the chef did a marvelous job of preparation and presentation. Passed appetizers were a hit with everyone. (I particularly liked the crab cakes) Sheila, Yen, Rex, and Kat provided the beverage service and passed the appetizers and drink orders with smiles and efficiency. While we didn't see much of the kitchen staff, Gil, Emeka, Chaona, and Aaron provided culinary treats that had all the attendees marveling at the variety and taste. And most helpful were Joanna and Paul, the proprietors. Thank you Common Pub for a most memorable evening and event!“

“A bit of a hidden gem in the lobby of the Westin at DTW. The food and service were both great, and the menu has a wide variety of meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan choices. The large, tranquil water feature and high ceiling make for a very nice setting.“

“Clean, welcoming and cold beer. You could call it a hole in the wall, but it's more than that when you step inside. Your welcomed by everyone in the bar and you'll definitely feel at home after just a few minutes...few places like this place.“
“New Restaurant in Hotel Indigo. With a full bar and tap beer.“

“Great service. Great food. We had the sausage/cheese platter, and their pretzels. Pretty tolerant of two Kentucky boys who hit the beer pretty hard the two nights we dropped in. The place had a good crowd both nights. Nice little pub. If I'm ever up that way again, it'll be one of my first stops.“

“This is our go-to restaurant at the MGM Detroit and it served up another winner last week. It has been getting busy at times but the staff is always friendly and helpful and there is usually space at the bar. Food is solid and the games are always on TV. It’s a one stop shop before and after attending events downtown. We’ll keep going to TAP!!
Parking: Prime location right inside the casino close to the entrance / exit and conveniently near the Sportsbook“

“The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a great blend of rustic charm and modern vibes. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
The food was absolutely fantastic! We tried a couple of their signature pizzas, and they were bursting with flavor—perfectly crisp crust with fresh, unique toppings. Their beers were equally impressive, especially their artisan sour ales. You can really taste the care and craftsmanship that goes into every brew.“

“We made reservations for an early dinner but didn't realize they don't serve meals till later on. The drinks were amazing. They have Happy Hour so Old Fashioned, Paper Plane and other cocktails were $10. The apps were very nice and the staff were friendly. Nice looking bar!“

“Music was good and you can't beat the location. Drinks were pretty good, too. We were there on a game day, so it was packed but that's to be expected. My biggest gripe is the bathrooms. All of them seem to be falling apart. Later in the evening, there was an "attendant" who just sat in front of the only paper towel dispenser and scowled at everyone. She wouldn't let anyone use said paper towel without "tipping" first. A woman nearby tried to tip one dollar and she said it wasn't enough for a piece of paper towel. If you tipped $5, she gave you exactly one piece.“

“Great environment for a game or if you're a sports fan. Staff is usually pretty personable but can be very overwhelmed. Especially on a game day. It just seems it may be time for hiring. Maybe time to expand operations.
The burger was delicious. And the jalapeño poppers taste fresh. My advice would be hire some wait staff. At least part time for game days“
