“What a great hangout! We had a large group and we loved playing pool, darts and singing karaoke! The bartender Lee was super fun and friendly, he did an amazing job accommodating us!“

“Food was good and service was acceptable (nothing special) but you had a group of 5 guys leave your restaurant last night somewhat bewildered after your waitress Katarina made it quite clear she was not happy with the 20% tip we gave her. Apparently, our stay of about 3 hours eating and drinking was excessive. We may not be back.“

“If you’re looking for burgers and sandwiches, this is your place. Prices are super reasonable as well, especially for being in downtown Rochester. It is a bar, so it’s not gourmet, but it’s probably the best bar food you’ll have. The only issue is parking since their lot has probably 6 or 7 spaces. You’ll probably end up parking across the street at the library or behind the building next door near the community park.“

“Top 10 Dive bar in Michigan. Everyone tries to keep this place hidden, but the food is phenomenal and the bartenders are excellent.
Cozy, and well worth it. 10/10.

“Go there every Friday, best burger I’ve ever had every time. Staff is super nice always on it. If you can get Eric he’s incredible, drink in hand as soon as you finish remembers are tables order every week just an all around great guy. Would highly recommend stopping in for a burger.“

“We went to the Hamlin pub for my father's funeral luncheon and they did an excellent job with everything. The servers were great with communicating with us and being attentive the entire time we were there. The food was very good and everyone complimented it and said it had great taste and flavor. I would definitely recommend them for any party or function.“

Didn't happen, I was there for the 1st time, gotta a generous pour.
Service and food was shit.
I will definitely return, seriously, got a great pour on a day when I fully expected to be taken advantage of.

“Big portions and tasted really good. Had fish and chips amd others had the zip burger. Service good, busy and a little understaffed but not like you waiting a long time.

“We were there to celebrate a birthday. The food was good. We had a great waiter. I can't remember his name but he served us well. My only disappointment was the lobster flight. The ratio of lobster to bread was horrible. We couldn't taste the lobster for all the bread. Loved the mocktails though. Overall my daughter enjoyed her birthday dinner.“

“Loved the outdoor seating area! Side note it’s first come first serve so that’s why there’s no options to reserve when making a reservation online. Staff was amazing. So yummy we ate a little too much so our bike ride home was way slower 😂“

He needs his old waitress back (me) I have very good customer service skills and I’d never mishandle my customers.“

“My husband and I live just down the road from Mug Pub, and it’s become one of our favorite local spots! We love the fun, lively atmosphere, the fantastic drinks, and the friendly staff. The food is great too. We highly recommend Mug Pub for anyone looking for a fun sports bar experience!“
