“Stopped here for lunch, there were 6 people in line in front of me. Thinking it would take forever I was pleasantly surprised. The young gal behind the counter, Lindsey, should get a raise!! This girl was lightning fast and had all of us served (with a smile) in a matter of minutes. I am a regular customer of Subway and I have never met anyone as proficient as this young lady. The other reviews expressed some negative findings last year, did not witness anything like this during my visit. All I can say is Subway needs more "Lindsey's", she is fantastic!!“

“Jason and Samantha run an excellent shift while they’re there. Ingredients are always fresh, and I have yet to have a sammich come back wrong. They always make it right!Vegetarian options: Veggie Delight is good. I got it by accident, and it was still good.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option is still good!“

“On 8/29/23 this subway was experiencing technical issues so we couldn't use card to pay or collect points.Ok so i go to cash out and I have 2 coupons. One coupon scanned and the other didn't.The young lady that was working that night was bound and determined to help me get dinner for my family.So I asked her if she could get ahold of the manager(sweet young lady) to help with this matter and she promptly got on the phone and gave her a call and just like that I was able to get my families dinner as planned.Thank you subway in prescott you have awesome employees and manager.I'm NEVER disappointed when I leave you all are rock stars ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The Subway in the West Branch Shell gas station is absolutely ? the best Subway I've ever eaten. I used to manage a Subway spec state for 2 years. The people are the nicest evergreen when sorry handed abs super busy. It might take a little longer than normal, but it's because the food so fresh and the bread is so soft. And they take a lot of care in making your order. They know me so well after 10years that they don't even have to ask what condiments or vegetables I want. They already know. And, there is a reason they call the people who work at Subway Artisan sandwich makers. Because that's exactly what you get from the west branch subway at Shell gas station. So if you want an amazing sandwich go to this Subway it is worth the drive and the wait. I promise you. Sara the manager of the gas station is the best all around“

“Hungry traveler here...went to subway located inside a Walmart. Four people ahead of me at 4:30pm on a Wed. None were too concise with their order. Poor fella behind the counter was so polite and patient. Turns out he was not only making all the sandwiches and handling the register (changing gloves between tasks) AND he had to bake all the bread needed for tomorrow (as they're getting a new oven tomorrow and it'll be out of service). Did it take half an hour before I got my food? Yes. Am I complaining ? No. You can't complain when someone is doing their best. I've never been in a subway with only one worker (usually two). His nametag said 'Pat" and he was a gem of a hard worker. Seriously "subway folk"...give this guy a pat on the back.And our subs were great, too!“
