I just went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s (15405 Southfield Rd, Allen Park, MI) and had an amazing experience thanks to Erin!
He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and he handled my order with professionalism and a smile. When I had a small issue, Erin immediately solved the problem quickly and kindly, making the whole experience stress-free.
It’s not every day that someone in fast food goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy, but Erin truly did. He made my day and is a real asset to this McDonald’s!“
