“We love this place and so do our out of town visitors. Recently had family in town who love Bamboo Express food. They all really enjoyed the food we picked up for dinner. I live right down the street and we order frequently. I have never had my order wrong and the food has always been very hot and fresh. The crab Rangoons are my favorite. I usually get the Mongolian Beef, that has plenty of meat and you can specify whether you want it spicy or not. Also love the shrimp tempura, a tasty appetizer with a wonderful dipping sauce. Sad to see some of the negative reviews because in my opinion they got it wrong.“

“When I walk into Panda I expect the same level of service from location to location. The staff here met that and they were incredibly happy when I came through! I know they work long hours and their job is to be happy but I've worked fast food and it can be hard to keep that up so kudos to them!“

“Good takeout Chinese food. It’s not something you’re going to rave about but fills that need when you’re craving Chinese food. Everything I’ve had has been great and have been coming here since they opened. Always fast and friendly service even at peak times. Great people would highly recommend.“

“Update over 10 years later... they no longer offer buffet, which I used to go to almost every weekend. It has been takeout only since the pandemic, and they show no signs of ever re-opening the dining/buffet area. Takeout only. The food is still on point, but I really miss the buffet.“

“It's not authentic Chinese food, but it's freshly stir fried to order and it hits the spot. The chef accommodates most requests really well, which I truly appreciate! I've had the Beef Lo Mein, Crab Rangoons and Pork Dumplings (both ways, steamed and fried). All of which, I recommend. My husband ordered the sweet and sour chicken, but was disappointed because he wanted the veggies and pineapple typically associated with S&W Chicken. It was just the breaded and fried chicken with S&W sauce on the side. My younger brother has really enjoyed the General Tso's Chicken and continues to order it every time. My mom loves the shrimp lo mein and continues to order that...she mentioned they do give a decent amount of shrimp. I'm so glad Jenison has this place and has supported it for decades.Dietary restrictions: Thankfully, the chef does accommodate dietary requests and does a great job! Amazingly, he can cook things without soy and sugar since I'm allergic to soy and I dislike sugar in my savory...which is classic and are staples in most Asian Cuisines.“

“Most of the times I have ordered here, the portions were good, the food was fresh, and the prices were comparable to other places. I still think this place is a little bit better than the place in allendale. Their fried rice is very yummy, and their egg rolls with spicy mustard is my weakness.“
