Sure, sometimes it’s absolutely slammed and really busy, but the staff has always been nice which I really do appreciate and commend them for since I know working retail period can be tough, especially a place as crowded as downtown Ann Arbor.
Great vibes all around, quality product that is a bit on the higher end for cream, but also is worth it to me to support a company that has such solid values, uses quality and thoughtfully-sourced ingredients and puts their money where their mouth is and I would like to continue to a support a company that advocates for people like me.
They have so many truly delicious flavors and I highly recommend. The location is good, with some indoor seating which even at peak times I manage to find a spot. Solid central location with parking structures nearby.“

“House of Chimney cakes in Ann Arbor is amazing. The staff had great customer service skills and the owner Amanda is sooo sweet and down to earth. She made our visit both pleasant and exciting. We will definitely be back again and again. And the atmosphere is beyond beautiful.“

“I went in for a quick coffee before work and the place had a calm, easygoing vibe. The barista greeted me right away and helped me pick something since I wasn’t sure what to order. I got a medium roast and it tasted fresh, not too strong but still had good flavor. The shop itself was clean and there were a few people working on laptops which made it feel relaxed. My order took a few minutes but nothing unreasonable. Prices seemed pretty normal for a coffee shop around here. Overall it was a good experience and I’d likely come back when I’m in the area again.“

“They have the best best boba tea!! I got a Good Mood Boba tea!! Thank you for allowing us to hang out in the lobby and did my Bible studies with my brothers and sisters from church. A very very good spot to hang out and Oh my goodness their cookings smells very very good, I gotta try out their food and desserts as well next time! Definitely recommend this location for anyone to get some boba drinks and delicious desserts!! Can’t wait to come again ❤️🙏🏽“
“The cheesemonger helps my friends and I select a pleathora of delicious cheeses. If you like spicy, I recommend the rattlesnake. It was a delightful treat experience and cheesemonger shared much cheese knowledge. Blue cheese is an infectious cheese :)“

“So excited to see Sweetwaters in the Michigan Union. Love that owners Lisa and Wei and two of their sons are U-M alums. This is a great work spot and the atrium and lounge areas nearby (with cozy fireplace) add to your options for enjoying great coffee, tea, and desserts.“

“Very high-quality ice cream. You can go as simple as a classic waffle cone or as complex as a multi-mix-in monstrosity, and they'll prepare it right in front of you. There are several pre-designed dishes, too, which are similar to Dairy Queen Blizzards, but made with hard ice cream. (My personal favorite is the Birthday Cake Remix.) This is also the only place I know of where you can get unflavored ice cream (called "Sweet Cream on the menu), which is a nice novelty, even if its milky flavor isn't my favorite.This particular branch is an enormous pain to access in terms of parking, the service can at times be a little slow, and you'll occasionally be served partially melted ice cream. However, the quality is so high that it's still well worth a visit if you're at Arborland Mall.“

“I love Culver's this place is amazing the food is sooooo good it's hard to pick what to get because everything is good . The service is great and very fast so you won't wait for long . It's very organized and the staff are always friendly. A good place to go on a date or a family outing.“
