“Saw a delicious post on tiktok of a “s’mores cone.” Came today and asked (verbatim) for the “s’mores cone” and was given something that did not look like the video online. When I asked the staff member about this, she said “the video was the s’mores cone, you wanted the s’mores ice cream.” I told her that I did, in fact, ask for the cone. I wasn’t offered a refund or a remake. There’s even a sign on the window saying that they won’t fix discrepancies. Makes it seem like this happens often enough that it’s a real issue. If you want your order correct, go elsewhere.

“I placed my order online this time and it was ready within 2 mins of arrival. The chocolate chunk cookie was gooey and delicious. The French toast cookie/brownie (was a customer's choice) was sooo good, the smell alone was heavenly. The chocolate brownie was so good. I think the earlier you go the better, last time I went around 6pm and some were sold out. This morning they were warm and delicious.

“We had a person with us who was highly allergic to dairy. I spoke to the owners and they explained about their dairy free options and how no other yogurt went through those specific machines. Very nice people, always clean in their store.

Still some riff-raff hanging around, especially since a Marijuana dispensary opened next door. It's still a good place to get some ice cream.“

“When we came tonight, there was only one gentleman working. There were about 25 people inside at one point, and he took care of everyone within about half an hour. He was so kind and so fast. I could tell he was a bit stressed, but he did a great job. The desserts he made were incredible. The portions are huge, and it's super yummy. Absolutely recommend.“
