“the last 2 times I had a bad experience but this last took the cake. We pull up to get 3 small banana shakes. There's 3 people in line with my husband and no one is there so people start leaving.. so finally they pop put from the back and the girls says they aren't getting "blah blah blah cause I'm not cleaning blah blah blah" and my husband says nevermind and the guy working was like no it's fine I'll make it. I don't get why you are working at and ice cream stand at 630 at night if you don't wanna do your job? she was rude and unprofessional. unsure if it's the new ownership or the people they hire.“

“Every time I have come here, I’m always met with phenomenal service by Kayleigh! She is truly one of the best workers I’ve ever met that works here. She is very outgoing, friendly, and always has a great attitude. She is quick to take your order and get it out, yet you can tell she actually puts time and hard work into making things because they’re always delicious! I wish nothing but the best for Kayleigh and hope to continue seeing her here! She’s amazing!“

“I'm a late 80s/90s collector who got back into buying basketball again the last few years. I'm not from Monroe but saw the store and stopped in on a whim and had just enough loose cash on me to pick up an Optic Mega Box. Asked the guys if they mind if I ripped it there and hung out for a few and just chatted with the guys there.
It brought me back to the early 90's when I was a kid and would loiter at the card shop all day. It was great just chatting with them and doing the old card shop thing. I'll definitely make the drive up to Monroe again soon and next time I'll rip a few boxes!

“Generally 'error free',, but yesterday, the young man was flirting with the girl so much that they forgot to put whipped cream and nuts in NY husband's hot fudge sundae.It was corrected and I got to 'save' some of the whipped cream that was sliding off as we drove down to watch the ducks.My chocolate cone was awesome, as always.“

“So excited for this to open. We got a Fruity Pebbles Sundae and a Biscoff Loaded Ice Cream Cup! The staff working was friendly and helpful! The soft serve is really good and there is so much more to explore on the menu. They had music playing that really set the vibes ✌️ can't wait for this to be the summer spot“

“Had my first hand dipped ice cream for the year the other day. Friendly, good prices and good customer service. Love the Praline Pecan ice cream, typically it’s a hard one to find. Most definitely will be back!“

“Inside Taylor Mall close to forever 21 entrance. Friendly staff and good customer service. Good frozen yogurt with a good variety of flavors and toppings. They also have smoothies. I usually don't like the original frozen yogurt flavor, but PinkBerry's original is really good.“
