“My delivery service from JJ was a horrible. I placed JJ9028 at the JJ’s on Plymouth Rd in Ann Arbor at 6:02 pm. Your app said it was ready at 6:08 pm. It didn’t leave your store until 6:50 pm. The UBER driver delivered at 7:26 pm. Plus, he forgot to bring my drink, which he returned to his car to find. One sandwich and a drink for $22.14 and a $5 tip delivered ONE HOUR AND 24 MINUTES LATER. I expected a delivery from JJ not Uber. You should not allow an UBER driver to pick up multiple orders that delays delivery. This is unforgivable.“
“I don’t often write reviews for places, but this Jimmy John’s is the best! I live out of town and work here in Ann Arbor. I have a jimmy John’s close to my home that I rarely go to because the staff is often not very friendly and my food takes forever. But the staff at this Jimmy John’s on Zeeb Road is AMAZING! I just came in on a lunch break and literally every single worker today had the best attitude, were all extremely kind, accommodating and efficient. Every person that walked in with me was greeted with such kindness and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be taking care of their customers. It was a quick experience that left a good mark on my work day and this staff should be recognized for it! Thank you guys I will be returning!“
“A submarine sandwich shop that focuses on quality ingredients. The selection is not as wide as Subway franchises, but the quality of the ingredients they offer is significantly higher. Staff tend to be efficient and accurate, but sometimes you get the feeling you're being rushed a bit. The good side of that is that your sandwiches are usually done and waiting for you by the time you're finished paying.“

“Best sub ever!! Ingredients were fresh and loved the Sub. Would have liked a little more seating was busy when we stopped for lunch. But would stop again next time we are in town!
Parking: Limited spots, don't know area. But worth it to find parking and get subs 🍴“
“I used to go regularly, but I haven't been here in about four months period. I walked in Brandon, I'm guessing manager knew my name and knew exactly what I wanted.Now that's what I call customer service. Whatever he's getting paid isn't enough. I may not go to any other jimmy jones, but I know I'll be back to this one.“
