It was crowded with students the weekend I went. My order was placed and the wait time wasn't long but I felt like the staff seemed inconvenienced and distracted by other issues. My food was bland and the bread was not soft. I wish they had better variety of sides besides potato chips.
Professional, friendly, responsive staff, that deserves 5 stars. I regularly hear customers enthusiastically callEd by name. I was interested in oatmeal, that was showing not available on the app and the manager went out to find me and say he would make it for me. i called to ask, if a flatbread was left there and without hesitation, the associate quickly volunteered to make me another and offered something with it, on the way out, just to name a few examples. I'm aware it's a Panera and not a fine dining establishment, but this just seems to be a really poorly operated one. A few examples:1. I am a member of the "Sip Club" ie their program where you can get unlimited beverages.
